Cute Apartment, Great Neighborhood

Pictures are accurate, but there are also a hammock and seating on the balcony - great for hanging out! Lots of food / museums within walking or metro distance. The main road can be noisy at times as other reviews have mentioned. Owner was very helpful and responsive, and took extra care we got checked in / arrived okay.

Great location for a good price

The place served its purpose, it had everything necessary, The location of it was way better than expected. It's only about 400m from the Patriotismo subway station, which makes it very easy to get around the city. The area is very walkable, with numerous wonderful restaurants within a kilometer nearby. The place is by a major roadway, that is always active, so if you're a light sleeper, this may not be the place for you. And it's a little hard to find your way in the first time you arrive. But if you plan on spending most of your time exploring the city, I think this is a great place to set as home base for a trip.

We had a great time!

This was a wonderful home away from home for us in Mexico city. Miguel was very communicative and helped us as needed. This is a great home base for exploring Mexico City with your family!

Good deal

Listing was accurate, clean, comfortable and located within walking distance to metro, good dining options, parks, tourist sites, etc. Reasons I can only give 4 stars are these: Lots of glass allowing good lighting was great, but unfortunately facing out to one of the busiest and noisiest streets in the area, 24-7! If you are not a heavy sleeper, don’t expect much rest as both bedrooms with same issue. Also, internet became dysfunctional for the last 4 days of our trip. We had used it daily without issue for the first 10 days but it suddenly became unusable on all of our devices, we could connect and had some function to read emails, but unable to send email or search websites to plan excursions, etc. Unable to communicate with host initially since the internet wouldn’t function to use communication through VRBO website. Had attempted to establish alternative communication via what’s app just prior to checking in but got no response so had no alternative form of communication. Tried to use the free internet in the park to ask host to help but perhaps the speed was an issue, unable to send email asking for assistance, only able to open VRBO website to find a communication from our host asking if we would be checking out earlier than our agreed 11 am checkout so he could send a cleaning crew early for the next rental. Finally found we could use the internet at a Starbucks that was functional enough to send email 2 days before leaving, told he would check, no results.

Tres bien à part pour l'arrivée

Selon les regles de la copropriete, il n'est pas possible de faire le check-in apres 23h. Au contraire de ce que nous avait dit l'hôte. Notre avions arrivait tard, alors une fois rendu le gardien nous a montrer les reglements et nous sommes restés 1 h à discuter. Nous avons payé l'amende et nous avons pu entrer. Le proprietaire nous a rembourser l'amende.
