Villa Pace is a spacious villa with swimming pool for rent for holidays in Torre Lapillo, near Porto Cesareo. The villa, that accommodates up to 10 guests, is 600 meters away from the sea, with a large outdoor area. Pets are allowed.

Villa
Pace is a villa with large outdoor areas, bright rooms, within walking
distance from the beach, in Salento. In the big garden there are the
swimming pool with beach beds and sofas, a large porch where you can
relax and another area shaded by a beach umbrella.
The villa opens
into a large living room with kitchen, tv and air conditioning. The
corridor divides the living area from the sleeping area, which consists
of 3 bedrooms, 1 of which is a four-bed room with double bed and bunk bed and the 2 other bedrooms are triple with double bed and twin-sized bed.
Moreover, there is a full bathroom and an outdoor bathroom with shower.

Pace is 500 meters away from the beach of Torre Lapillo, one of the
most famous seaside locations in Salento with beautiful beaches, and
near some of the most known beach establishments of Porto Cesareo and
Punta Prosciutto. The big garden and swimming pool guarantee
tranquillity and relax while being close to the beach and city centre of
Torre Lapillo with its amenities.
The clean sea of Torre Lapillo is known for its beauty and accessibility, which makes it ideal even for children.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Pool available from June to September .
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 100 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
