The living room as well as the dining room are linked together with magnificent glass doors.
In the living room, a television, a devilet sound system, a large comfort chair then join the dining room and find a beautiful and large table for eight people.

A very large, perfectly well equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, dishwasher, gas hob, a large American refrigerator with double door and ice cube distributor.

Bathroom with walk -in shower, towel dryer and washing machine.

Three bedrooms: the first with a King size bed, the second with a double bed and the last with two single beds.

Access to the apartment by a key door. The apartment is located on the first landing.

A member of the 'Charles Osborn' Property Private Concierge team will be responsible for welcoming you to the accommodation and handing over the keys.
The concierge service will be available throughout your stay and is at your disposal should you need any assistance.

The city centre can be reached on foot in less than 5 minutes, with many shops nearby: Halles de Sète market, Monoprix, flea market on Sundays.
A few meters from the accommodation find an excellent gastronomic restaurant: The quay opposite.
Two Michelin-starred restaurants are within a 15-minute drive: The Marcel and La Coquerie.
