The real plus of our apartment is its 22m2 terrace which overlooks the sea, a 180 ° view of the big blue, without vis-à-vis.
The residence is secure (intercom, badge) and quiet.
Parking spaces are available a few meters from the residence, a garage is also included in the rental for a vehicle of small or medium size.

Appartement non entretenu, beaucoup d'éléments à remplacer : égouttoir à vaisselle rouillé, pieds chaise haute rouillés, étendoir à linge rouillé et détérioré, pied du parasol coupé en deux par la rouille, store rouillé et qui ne fonctionne pas, lames de la terrasse qui se soulèvent, VMC sale avec des "champignons", porte placard déglinguée, aucun rangement dans une chambre (comment ranger ses affaires alors que l'appartement est prévu pour 6), que dire des 2 plaques électriques dont une ne chauffe pas assez, difficile de cuisiner dans ces conditions, ce logement pourrait être très agréable avec un minimum d'entretien, le seul point positif : la terrasse et la vue sur la mer magnifique

Appartement plutôt vétuste qui aurait besoin qui aurait besoin d'un petit coup de jeune(moustiquaires des chambres déchirées,literie médiocre,absence de détecteur de fumée,installations électriques non conformes,prise multiple branchée sur autre prise multiple,elle-même branchée sur prise murale mal fixée au mur,terrasse avec des lattes "flottantes",séparations vitrées féléesLa vue est magnifique et l'accueil de Sandrine est très convivial

Vacances de printemps en famille

Appartement très bien situé. Tellement agréable de se réveiller face à la mer! Logement bien équipé. Certaines petites choses pourraient être revues (portes de placard qui ne coulissent plus notamment...), mais rien qui empêcherait de passer de bonnes vacances.

Le séjour fut bon malgré un appartement qui ne correspond pas du tout aux photos du site . Un rafraîchissement est à prévoir (isolation fenêtre- propreté générale- et que dire de la location des serviettes , de façon générale très déçue et draps

Appartement fonctionnel et très bien situé à deux pas de la plage, une superbe vue mer et très calme. Le vrai plus, la terrasse très spacieuse et bien orientée.

Je suis très satisfait de l'emplacement de l'appartement et de la vue imprenable depuis la terrasse sur la mer. La plage de sable se trouve à 50 m des appartements. restaurants, commerces accessibles à pied. Je retourne très rarement au même endroit en vacances, mais j'aimerais revenir dans ces appartements.

Emplacement idéal

Appartement très calme en cette période. Un balcon, le plus de ce logement, à une dizaine de mètres de la mer, spacieux, avec une partie ouverte et une partie sous couvert si le soleil est trop fort ou s'il pleut. Nous avons profité de petits déjeuners avec la vue sur les sommets enneigés des Pyrénées. Commerces de proximité et restaurants très proches. Très pratique le garage ( petit véhicule) pour la voiture et nos deux vélos. Très bien accueillis par Sandrine à notre arrivée. Dommage nous voulions y revenir en septembre mais il est déjà réservé.

Traumhaft

Die Wohnung mit Meerespanorama ist für 4 Personen absolut ausreichend. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist einfach traumhaft! Das Meeresrauschen ist in der ganzen Wohnung zu hören. Wir fahren schon seit vielen Jahren nach Sète in diese Wohnung und wir fühlen uns wirklich wohl. Es funktioniert alles wie es soll! Der Empfang ist immer sehr nett, mittlerweile kennen wir uns ja schon. Wir werden wieder kommen und freuen uns jetzt schon aufs nächste Jahr!

Toller Aufenthalt in Sète

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Sandrine hat uns ganz herzlich in Empfang genommen. Die Terrasse mit Meerblick ist einfach traumhaft. Das Meer vor der Tür und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Alles top!!
