Idéalement situé dans une rue piétonne, l'appartement de type haussmannnien a une hauteur sous plafond impressionnante qui lui donne une tres belle luminosité. Entierement refait a neuf il beneficie d'une chambre salon spacieuse comme la salle de bain. Une autre chambre plus petite permet donc de vivre a 4 en parfaite harmonie.les chambres donne sur une cour intérieure garantissant un sommeil parfait. Le quertier est central a quelques centaines de metres des quais du canal royal, et des magnifiques halles de Sete aux produits de la mer que l'on peut deguster sur place, Sete etant le premier port de peche francais sur la méditerranée dont les produits sont remarquables et notamment le thon rouge approvisionné par une flotte de nombreux thonniers, et l'etang de thau a proximité dont les moules et huitres de bouzigues renommées ont pour compagnes des dorades passant de l'etang a la mer par la pointe courte. La presence du piete setois Brassens reposant au cimetière face a l'etang de Thau est palpable dans toute la ville. Les ports de commerce et de passagers ainsi que les nombreux canaux soulignent l'ambiance maritime presente dans toute la cité, pimentée par les fetes et joutes nautiques. Pour terminer, l'accueil de la propriétaire de l'appartement a l'ecoute des locataires agremente encore plus le sejour et l'envie de vivre a Sete ville aux multiples facettes fondée par saint Louis. Les 5 etoiles que je lui attribue sont largement méritées.
Sete est la venise du sud de la France. Le canal royal en est l'axe principal
Le thon rouge est péché principalement par la colonie italienne sur d'impressionnants thoniers.
Les halles couvertes regorgent de produits frais de la mer et de l'etang de Thau, moules, huîtres de bouzigues, thon rouge mariné, coquillages
Et thielles tourtes fourrées de poulpes que l'on accompagne d'un picpoule blanc
