Apartment of 110 m2 making the entire 3rd floor, very light, bright, airy, loft style.
Its exceptional location on the Quai Royal makes it an ideal place for vacation.
The channel parking is nearby.
You are close to the typical market of Les Halles and the dock where most restaurants.
The apartment has been completely furnished for rental and you will benefit from the terrace is for dining or for sunbathing.
The train station is a 15 minute walk, a bus stop is just below the dock.

We had a lovely week in Sete. The apartment was great: clean, comfortable and well equipped, with a wonderful terrace overlooking the Quai Royal. Roomy flat in excellent location

Wonderful place to stay in central Sete, directly above the Canal Royal. Modern well-equipped and light, with comfortable concealed balcony on which to dine and relax. Third floor, so be prepared to climb. But definitely worth it.

Perfect apartment

One of the best holiday-apartment we`ve ever visited. There is lots of space, the livingroom is beautiful, the location is perfect, and the roof-terrace is spacious and comes with a super view over the Canal. Here you can enjoy the family-dinner or rest in the sun. We really hope to come back again some day

Fantastic apartment for a long or short stay in Sete!

This property was charming, well-appointed, and had as good a location as possible, overlooking the central canal. There was a generous patio which we did not take advantage of very much because the weather was still cool in March. Nicole was a wonderful host. We’ll be back!

Absolutely amazing place. Couldn't ask for anything better. The space is enormous for a holiday rental, much bigger than the pictures make it seem. And it is incredibly well stocked - everything you could possibly need has been thought of. It is clear that Nicole and François take great care in offering guests a stress-free stay.Wonderful terrace with a great view over the canal - we ate all our meals outside in the sun. Perfect location too - right in the centre of town, 2 minutes walk to the market, restaurants and shops all around. We have already booked again for next year. Five stars, would recommend!

Splendid stay

Beautiful spacious apartment with delightful terrace overlooking the central canal of Sete and convenient for all amenities - restaurants, market, shops, buses etc. Furnishings are tasteful and modern, the kitchen well equipped, the air conditioning effective when needed. Nicole is a kind, efficient and responsive host whom it was a pleasure to meet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and warmly recommend the apartment to others.

Very spacious, well-equipped apartment on the main canal in central Sete. Great views from balcony/deck. Be prepared for a long 3 flights of stairs to access the apartment.

Beautiful modern apartment with fantastic sunny large terrace overlooking the enchanting canals of Sete with comfortable beds. The host Nicole was so helpful , kind and always available which made us feel safe and welcome. There’s a lot of stairs up to the apartment and but worth it for the views. Thanks Nicole 😘

Wir 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der sehr schönen und Ă€ußerst gerĂ€umigen Wohnung mit traumhafter Terrasse von Nicole in SĂšte. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Im Umkreis von 100 m bekommt man alles notwendige und dazu noch lecker! Es gibt auch viele tolle Restaurants fußlĂ€ufig.Die Stadt ist quirlig und reizvoll, die StrĂ€nde in der Umgebung sind schön und gepflegt, das Wasser je nach Brandung kristallklar.Nicole ist sehr herzlich und war auch wenn wir sie kaum gebraucht haben sehr hilfsbereit.FĂŒr gebrechliche Leute eher nicht geeignet, fĂŒr alle anderen schon.Wir werden die Ferienwohnung weiterempfehlen! Danke Nicole und liebe GrĂŒĂŸe!

SĂšte

TrÚs bel appartement, lumineux, propre, bien équipé. Idéalement situé au centre de SÚte à proximité immédiate des commerces, restaurants et bus (les magnifiques halles sont à 2mn à pieds). L'appartement est trÚs bien climatisé. Le parking est un peu loin (environ 500/600 mÚtres) mais s'avÚre indispensable. La propriétaire est trÚs sympathique et accueillante. Excellent séjour!

Magnifique appartement idéalement situé

Appartement encore plus beau que sur les photos. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille avec nos jeunes enfants. Vue superbe, endroit tres spacieux, tres bien équipé. Incontournable !

Nous avons passĂ© une formidable semaine Ă  SĂšte dans le logement de Nicole et François. L'appartement est royal (spacieux, propre, lumineux, bien dĂ©corĂ©...), la terrasse incroyable avec une vue imprenable sur le canal permettant d ĂȘtre aux premiĂšres loges pour voir les joutes. Il faut juste noter que le logement est au 3Ăšme Ă©tage sans ascenseur. L'emplacement de l'immeuble est idĂ©al au cƓur de la ville. Le parking est donc apprĂ©ciable. SĂšte est une ville magnifique qui mĂ©rite d'ĂȘtre visitĂ©e. Notre hĂŽte, Nicole, a amplement contribuĂ© au succĂšs de notre sĂ©jour. Nicole est une personne accueillante, souriante, pĂ©tillante, de trĂšs bons conseils, toujours prĂ©sente si besoin. Merci Nicole !! Merci aussi Ă  François et Florence. Nous avons passĂ© un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour dans cet appartement, spacieux, propre et utile. La climatisation marche trĂšs bien et permet de ne pas souffrir de la chaleur. Nicole est trĂšs accueillante et an est toujours rendu disponible pour rĂ©pondre Ă  nos questions. Nous avons pu profiter de la fĂȘte de la St Louis.

Apartment with great rooftop terrace!

The apartment is right in the middle of the town of SÚte. Located at the top floor (no elevator), with a spacious terrace overlooking the canal. All the amenities are at your disposal. A supermarket, marketplace, bakery and busstop all within 100m. Plenty of restaurants and cafés to enjoy the local products. The communication with the owners was very good and friendly. They even offered us to pick us up from the train station.

Ein GlĂŒcksgriff. Sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Vermieter. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man fĂŒr den perfekten Urlaub braucht. Bis ca. 15:00 Sonne auf dem Balkon, danach angenehmer Schatten. Als Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr Unternehmungen optimal. Schattiger Stellplatz fĂŒr das Auto FußlĂ€ufig. Außergewöhnlich gut!

Die Ferienwohnung von Nicole ist der Hammer! Bestens ausgestattet, sehr großzĂŒgig geschnitten und obwohl mitten in der Stadt absolut ruhig. Nicole ist eine super sympathische Vermieterin, die stets um unser Wohlergehen bemĂŒht war. Wir haben uns in dieser Wohnung und in SĂšte sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und können Beides uneingeschrĂ€nkt empfehlen!

Nous avons louĂ© en famille pour une semaine ce magnifique appartement avec une vue splendide. D’abord, l’accueil de Nicole a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs chaleureux et puis tout le sĂ©jour a Ă©tĂ© formidable dans ce logement trĂšs propre, spacieux, lumineux oĂč tout est fait pour le bien-ĂȘtre des locataires. Fantastisch

Mitten in SĂšte liegt die wunderbare Wohnung von Nicole. Sie ist großzĂŒgig, hell und mitten drin. Wir waren 2 Wochen dort und haben vor allem die Stunden auf der Terrasse genossen. Den Tisch hatten wir mal im Schatten, mal in der Sonne. Die Wohnung hat zwei Schlafzimmer mit zusammen 4 Betten. Mehr möchte ich nicht schwĂ€rmen, da wir die Wohnung wieder buchen wollen und hoffen, dass sie dann noch frei ist. Allerdings möchte ich noch hinzufĂŒgen, dass Nicole eine wirklich tolle Gastgeberin ist. sie hat sogar meinem Sohn innerhalb von einem Tag eine KĂ€sereibe besorgt, die er unbedingt meinte zu brauchen...
