Sewage in the House/Manager Not Responsive

I rented this quaint property in Inverness for four nights. It would have been great, BUT we had a major issue and the management company Hello Guest has been unhelpful. We arrived on the first night and the place smelled funny and the drains were slow. The next day, we took a shower and the toilet overflowed on the floor and sewage came up through the drain. This is not inly disgusting but a health and safety issue. We contacted the manager and at first they were responsive, but couldn't find anyone to help. They offered no solution so we had to find a hotel. It was a busy weekend so the only one we could find was twice as much a night and required a two night minimum. They said they fixed it and we went back, while it was working the bathroom was nasty with toilet paper stuck to the floor. They initially offered a one night refund (I asked for two since I had to book a new place) but now not only have they not refunded me, they have not refunded my security deposit and have quit responding. Do not trust this property or Hello Guest!
