The space
The property is situated in the renowned Lace Market area. There are local pubs, restaurants and a Tescos and Sainsbury's convenience stores nearby to the apartment.

Nottingham's renowned market square is literally a 2 minute walk from the apartment and the train station is only a 10 minute walk away.

The Property is well served by public transport, you can take a number of buses and trams to tour around the city and other surrounding areas.

The apartment is located in one of Nottingham's most sort after and upmarket areas making the surrounding area quiet and safe. It is the perfect location for family holidays, a couples weekend or business trip, any type of trip!

There are a selection of board games at the apartment which all guests welcome to use, along with complimentary tea and coffee :)

Please note, strictly no parties or loud music, any rule breaking a £250.00 fee will apply.

Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys or keys left inside the property, please be careful with them.

My property is cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, shower gel, conditioner and soap.

You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
