Summary:
Welcome to our lovely penthouse in Torremolinos only 15min walk to the beach and Puerto Marina in Benalmadena.
The apartment is located on the border between Torremolinos and Benalmadena only 8 min walk from the trainstation in El Pinillo with several grocery stores and restaurants just around the corner, the area is quiet and safe with a lovely mix of international and local residents. Walking to the beach takes scarcely 10-15 minutes and also to the port of Benalmadena
The Space:
The property is spread over a large, bright and modernly decorated living room with smart TV and fast internet, a fully equipped kitchen with mountain views, 2 bedrooms of which the master bedroom is equipped with an ensuite, plus an additional bathroom. There is also a large balcony with barbecue and long table in the south-west position, perfect for the big communal breakfasts, lunches and dinners, there is also a "solarium" as it is called in Spanish, a large roof terrace with 360 views and a lounge area as well sunbeds
The cleaning fee includes one set of towels and linen per person.
To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a small starter package to help you settle in, but you’re welcome to stock up on anything else you might need during your stay!
Other Things to Note:
- Pools have very different opening times. Please inquire before booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.
- We have travel cots and baby chairs available. Please inquire about our rates.
- no groups under 25y (except families)
- No smoking inside, no parties
- Excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks
- One set of linen, a bath towel, and a hand towel per person is included; pool towels are available for rent. Please contact us about the price.
- You might need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival; however, the day before arrival, you will get all the information, as it depends.
- We can order you to transfer, ask us about the price.
- Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability, and for a fee, please contact us for the details.
