The apartment is bright, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay — including A/C in all rooms, WiFi, a complete kitchen, washing machine, elevator access, and a seasonal pool. Whether you're planning a romantic getaway, a family holiday, or a long sunny escape, this home offers the perfect mix of comfort and location.



With restaurants, beach bars, shops, and transport all within walking distance, you can easily explore — or simply relax and enjoy the best of Fuengirola right outside your door.



The Space:

As you enter the apartment, you’ll find the bright living room and fully equipped open-plan kitchen to your right. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, large fridge with freezer, coffee maker, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.



Further into the living area, there are two foldable single beds, a comfortable sofa, and a large smart TV — ideal for relaxing after a day in the sun. From here, you can enjoy stunning views over Fuengirola, which can also be appreciated from the spacious corner terrace that wraps around from the living room to the bedroom at the other end of the apartment.



The bedroom features a large double bed and direct access to a bathroom equipped with a shower and a washing machine.



For your comfort, the apartment offers air conditioning in all rooms, WiFi, an elevator in the building, a seasonal swimming pool, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, and much more to ensure a pleasant and convenient stay.





The cleaning fee includes one set of towels and linen per person.



To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a small starter package to help you settle in, but you’re welcome to stock up on anything else you might need during your stay!

Kindly wash any used dishes. Please take out the trash before departure. If garbage bags are left in the apartment, an additional cleaning fee of €29 may apply.

Leave keys on the kitchen table and close the door. Please turn off the lights and A/C before leaving.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
