The property is located just 3 min walk from the famous beach of Trani Ammouda, big sandy beach with crystal clear blue waters and 1km from the picturesque center of Ormos Panagias.
The house has a beautiful garden of a full acre with olive trees, ornamental plants, highly manicured lawn and beautiful views of the deep blue waters of Trani Ammouda, Ammouliani amd the 3rd peninsula of Chalkidiki. The garden is ideal for families with children and for groups of friends who wish to enjoy meaningful moments of relaxation! On the balcony of the house there is a large dining table, extra table and sunbeds. In addition tbere is a barbecue.

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub!

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet, man merkt , dass die Gastgeberin das Haus auch selber als Ferienhaus nutzt. Der Garten ist sehr groß, gepflegt und hat einen tollen Grillplatz mit Kohlegrill, Gasgrill, Kühlschrank, Waschbecken und Terrasse. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und dennoch sind einige Bars am Strand und der Hafen mit verschiedenen Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen. Zum schönen Sandstrand sind es nur ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir wurden von unserer Gastgeberin sehr freundlich empfangen und haben uns von Anfang an sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation war immer sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Liebe Fotini, vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit, die wir bei dir verbringen durften. Liebe Grüße aus Berlin.
