Whether youre coming as a couple, group of friends or family, youll be spoilt for choice. This two-bedroom villa features a smart layout that extends on two levels connected by stairs. On the upper floor youll find one ensuite double bedroom with comfy mattress and storage space. The ensuite bathroom features a heated floor and a glass shower.
Down on the ground floor, one more double bedroom is available to accommodate 2 more guests and the second bathroom is also well equipped with all the toiletries you need for a comfortable stay. Take a rest and let the sun come in from the bright living room which overlooks the private heated pool and prepare your own meals and snacks using the wide collection of the appliances and the kitchen amenities. All rooms are air conditioned and have strong WiFi connection.
The outdoor facilities will definitely amaze you. The private pool is heated and makes Villa Oxa your all-year vacation rental. Enjoy the outdoor dining area surrounded by stone and wood and take a rest on the comfortable sunbeds under the umbrellas provided. The panoramic view over the Mediterranean sea will be the ideal scenery of your memories back home.
- Climate Resilience Tax of 2.00 per villa per night should be paid for stays between March and October.
- Government Tax of 0.50 EUR per villa per night should be paid upon arrival for stay dates the remaining period of the year.
- Please note that the pool heating service is available at an extra fee of 60.00 EUR per day. In addition, we need to know that you are going to use the pool heating at least 2 days prior to your arrival and be prepared.
- The villas private pool is not supervised. Guests swim at their own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Lovely, modern, sea view villa

It was a lovely, comfortable home. Everything like the photos. The host had left us food for breakfast the next day, and enough for some lunches as well. The weather was not the best while we were there (end of April), but that has nothing to do with the house. We enjoyed the area, Agios Nikolaos and nearby Ierapetra. Good recommendations were provided for local restaurants. Gioma Meze was amazing.

Luxurious and Relaxing

We stayed at villa Oxa for 5 days and enjoyed every minute of it! We were so impressed by the quality, cleanliness and the attention to every detail! The pool and gazebo were indispensable for hot weather days. It definitely felt that the owner takes a great pride in this property. Mikhalis and Georgia welcomed us and were very prompt to reply to our questions during our stay. Great location, great quality, at a fair price. We’ll definitely recommend to all our friends!

This property was a hit from the arrival until departure. The hosts welcomed us and showed us every detail. They even shopped for food items which was greatly appreciated! You need to manage the hot water system carefully to ensure there is enough for everyone. The only other challenging item was locating the correct (and somewhat steep) driveway into the property at night. It could be marked with reflectors or something as it comes up quickly and is not easily visible. Otherwise we did not use the pool because we did not want to pay the surcharge to heat it. It looked wonderful, however. Finslly, you can't beat the view!
