Amazing Shannon Lake Retreat - 3 bedrooms and full Recreation room

Spacious 3 bedrooms, with full rec room. Pool table, shuffle board,ping pong, poker table, 64" tv, full fridge with water and ice. This fully furnished unit is perfect for one or two families or make it an amazing guys or gals weekend away. We are located on 7 acres but only a Km away from the the Shannon Lake Golf Course, 10 minutes from Kelowna and close to tons of wineries,beaches, hiking trails and shopping. Pets welcome but need to be aware that there is a dog on the property. Boat parking available

We were a group from age 85 to 25, plenty of space for everyone, BBQ and deck furniture on deck was perfect for another space to gather. Highly recommend to anyone. Tanya was a perfect hostess...

We absolutely love living in the Okanagan. We spend as much time outdoors as we can. On our days off you can find us hiking some of our amazing trails, paddle boarding on the lake, having a glass of wine at one of the many wineries in our area or just sitting by the campfire and enjoying nature at its best.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with the property. With kids who are very active in sports we needed something close to all their activities. We truly have the best of both worlds. We have 6.8 acres located right in the city of West Kelowna. I can be at the grocery store or lake in 5 minutes and then come home to our private oasis.

What makes this property unique

We are so close to everything. The golf course is only 1 km away. There are hiking and mountain biking trails all around us. Shannon Lake is about 2 km away where the kids can walk down with their fishing rods and fish off the pier for the day. Wineries surround us. The lake is under a 10 minute drive away. Sports fields are just down the road along with tennis courts.
After a long day you can come back and play some pool, ping pong, shuffleboard or poker all from the comfort of your suite.
