É uma casa com 215 metros quadrados, muito espaçosa com uma esplanada grande por de trás da casa para churrasco, fica a 5 minutos a pé das piscinas, muito pertinho mesmo do Intermarché e está situada num sitio muito calmo. E fica perto de tudo para fazer caminhadas, temos o alto da Senhora da Graça, temos as Fisgas de Ermelo, paisagens maravilhosas, rios para nadar e brincar, bastante restauração, uma zona para as crianças se divertirem etc.
