Located in a 15th-century townhouse, "Studio 26" is a fabulous, recently renovated apartment. It can be transformed into an art gallery and/or retail space.
"Studio 26" is surrounded by upscale galleries, restaurants, concept stores, and antique shops.
Description:
The studio is air-conditioned and equipped with fiber optic Wi-Fi.
** In the entrance, you'll find a cozy living room with a dining area and four Kartell Master chairs.
The ceilings are 4 meters high, and the original wooden beams are beautiful.
Next, in a mirrored glass enclosure, you'll find a designer kitchenette and a walk-in shower/toilet with luxurious amenities.
On the mezzanine, there's a bedroom area with a 160x190cm double bed or two 80x190cm single beds, or it can simply be used as a reading/relaxation area. It is accessible via a fixed, hand-forged metal spiral staircase.
A high-end, very comfortable double sofa bed from the brand "La Maison du Convertible" has been installed in the living room.
** The vaulted cellar space is a hidden gem; it's a multifunctional space—an ideal chill-out area for an aperitif after a long day in the sun (Fatboy beanbag provided!) and also a quiet workspace or a perfect venue for an exhibition or client meeting.
Access to the cellar is via a staircase under a Roman arch.
The stairs are equipped with metal handrails from top to bottom.
If necessary, the cellar entrance can be closed off with a metal trapdoor that serves as a floor.
** The commercial space is equipped with a picture hanging system (picture rails plus rods and hooks) and ERCO commercial lighting. A four-step folding ladder is also available for adjusting the lighting.
Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by Marie, a true Arles native who knows all the well-kept secrets of this region and will be entirely at your disposal to help you discover her Camargue!
She offers unusual activities and experiences so you can fully enjoy your stay.
The city and its activities
The house, located in the heart of the city center, will allow you to discover and visit this Roman city steeped in history, evolving between tradition and modernity.
Arles hosts numerous festivals throughout the year: the famous férias in April and September, the Rencontres Internationales de la Photographie during the summer... not to mention the traditional Provençal events that punctuate the lives of the people of Arles.
You will also have the opportunity to discover the Luma Tower, designed by Frank Gehry.
The Camargue
It is prized for its climate, its tranquility, its unspoiled beaches, and the richness of its culture, fauna, and flora. From the village of Salin-de-Giraud, or just a few kilometers away, you have access to numerous activities: unique horseback riding, kitesurfing, 4x4 safaris, canoeing, kayaking, electric mountain biking, fishing, excursions with a naturalist guide, visits to the salt marshes... and for those less inclined to sports, you can simply enjoy the sun and relaxation on the beaches of Beauduc (16km) and Piémanson (11km). The village is also renowned for its history and its way of life. Salt and organic rice are produced here, and Camargue bulls and horses are raised. Life is punctuated by bullfighting events in the arenas and village festivals, ideal for spending quality time with family, loved ones, and friends.
Welcome!
