Apartment No. 405, approximately 25 square metres in size, is located on the fourth floor (accessible by lift) of an elegant Milanese building with a concierge. It features all the main amenities and is laid out as follows:
-LOWER LEVEL: features a lounge area with a sofa bed and a small kitchenette equipped with a 2-burner stove, a kettle, and a small refrigerator.
Bathroom with a bidet and a small shower stall. Very small balcony included.
-UPPER LEVEL (accessible via internal stairs) with a double bed
The two levels are not soundproofed from each other, and there are no doors separating them
Additional amenities available: air conditioning with a single split unit, central heating, unlimited Wi-Fi.
Please note: There are coin-operated washing machines and dryers in the building on level -1, shared with other guests. They are available daily from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. There are 5 steps at the entrance before reaching the lift.
Tram lines #16 and #19 stop right outside the building: the closest stop is Corso Magenta/Viale Nirone, just 20 metres away.
If you’re travelling by car, please note that parking in the area is difficult and requires payment: the nearest paid car parks are Garage Alle Grazie on Corso Magenta and Buonaparte Parking on Via Puccini. The apartment is located in Zone C; if you’re arriving by car, you’ll need to purchase an access ticket.
