The pool terrace is equipped with a premium two poofs and two sun beds so you can relax all day long cherishing Cretan Summer! Enjoy your cooked suppers at the outdoor dining area with BBQ (gas) facilities, offering a stylish al fresco space for enjoying an evening tipple as the sun sets over. For your utmost convenience there is an outdoor 4-seater heated Spa Whirlpool next to the pool, for endless hours of relaxation with your loved ones. Designed for ultimate play time, the retreat features also an outdoor playground (trampoline, two rocking toys for children) for our younger guests.

This captivating holiday home boasts sublime interiors that exude a certain ethereal elegance and calm, as well as promises guests a revitalising stay to renew body, mind and soul in it’s 50m2 space. The retreat can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests in its 2 bedrooms. Entering the villa you will find a clean appeal living-cum area with a Smart 55’TV, a fully equipped kitchen ideal for preparing culinary wonders and a dinning area for togetherness time with loved ones. Designed with relaxation in mind, the villa boasts 2 bedrooms, one on the ground floor and one in the attic. Each flaunting a distinctive look and feel and one on the ground also featuring en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. All bedrooms are effortlessly and elegantly furnished promising a blissful night's sleep after the day's busy adventures. They are also fully equipped with beds (High Quality natural mattresses and premium linen), open style wardrobes, wonderful settings and include air conditioning. An additional WC is also available in the attic.

Location Overview :
Armeni, a culinary village, is located 11 kilometres (6 miles) south of Rethymno town. It lies in the Armenokampos Valley at the foot of the mountain Vrysina. The settlement, built at an altitude of 380 meters and with population of about 400 residents, because of the short distance from the city of Rethymno, at present, is an important agricultural and commercial center, while attractions of the area include the Late-Minoan Necropolis of Armeni at site Prinokefala. Other attractions in the village of religious nature are numerous churches, such as the Transfiguration of Christ of 1887, the Virgin Mary, a Byzantine church on the road leading to Koumous, the Agios Georgios, the Agia Kyriaki, the Agios Nektarios and other.

Eforasis Villas are on the top of a hill slope overlooking Armeni Village and with short access to daily amenities available in Armeni village such as the supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, tavern, gas station and the award winning taverna “Alekos”!

The location is ideal for excursions around the island and especially nature lovers, give visitors the possibility to share both the mountainous beauty of Crete, as well as the beautiful crystal clear waters of the Lybian Sea.
