About this property
A llyn peninsula that sleeps 4 guests in 2 bedrooms
Located at the top of the 'Plas' hill the new apartments sit two storeys high, capturing the fantastic views out to the sea. The penthouse apartments benefit from their own private balconies, ideal for taking in the spectacular coastal sunsets whilst enjoy a glass of something bubbly. The apartments follow the natural contours of this incredible location and are laid out to give each one its own unique identity and outlook.
Stepping inside, Penthouse Apartment #10 greets guests with a small hall (for removing sandy boots), then a large, open-plan kitchen, living and dining area - ideal for reconnecting with loved ones whether cooking, relaxing or feasting on locally caught fayre! Designed to reflect the 'coastal chic' that the Llyn Peninsula exudes, this apartment is swathed in a palette of calming blues, cool greens and other earthy tones with natural touches. #10 is ideally suited to those looking for a peaceful and tasteful retreat, where every element of the design has been co-ordinated to mirror the shimmering blues of the vast ocean horizon just beyond the windows.
The bright and contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to self-cater for the duration of your stay, including all crockery and cookware, plus high-end Neff appliances. From the kitchen window, guests can enjoy views of the neighbouring village of Pistyll, as well as the small families of sheep that frequent the hills! Moving into the beautiful living room, framed by the endless sea-view, guests can kick back and recline on the plush, deep blue sofa, while reading a book, watching a film or just snuggling up by the integrated wood burner. A large balcony can be accessed here through the full-height glass doors, where a table and chairs awaits to enjoy the spectacular coastal sunsets (with opportunities to spot the resident dolphins!).
Heading further into the apartment there is a cosy dining area adjacent to the kitchen, opposite to which is a chic alcove/snug, equipped with a comfy chair and reading lamp, where little ones can escape to get lost in a great book. All of the 'Plas' apartments are regulated via air-source heat pumps, meaning that even on cooler days the property stays warm and cosy.
The calming master bedroom with touches of blush pink and sumptuous soft furnishings, comes complete with a small dressing area and beautiful en-suite shower room (connected via a sliding 'barn' door, allowing for maximum space within the bedroom). From the comfort of the king-size bed, guests can lay between the Egyptian cotton sheets and gaze out over the sea through the full height glass, balcony doors - all whilst enjoying breakfast in bed! Stepping next door, the twin (or additional double) bedroom is perfect for young explorers, with a gorgeous decor and views up across the hillside behind the apartments. Connecting both bedrooms is a large family bathroom with bath and overhead shower, for soaking away the stresses of everyday life.
Outdoors, the penthouse apartments are accessed via individual flights of stairs (so are best suited to those with full mobility) and offer parking directly adjacent to the property.
