The images on Vrbo are very old!! Front door unsafe and rubbish, food wrappers right there! Just a mess. You can move the front door with ease once closed, felt unsafe. Living room ok, sofas old and seats were saggy and need replacing. Mattress was again very old, the springs digging into my body! Didn’t sleep at all. Kitchen. Smelt old and damp. Fridge too small and smelt absolutely disgusting. Cold tap has water spurting out of the back, water everywhere! Large ring on hob doesn’t work & washing machine old & dirty. Bathroom, filthy bath, half smoked cigarette on the towel rack. Again, very strong damp smell. Filthy old smelly mops and buckets. The shower is useless with a rusty towel rack. Old saucepans, cheap and scratched, no knives or chopping board. Host, Neil did bring around new saucepans from Tesco and 3 knives. The place is filthy. There is no “professional cleaning” done here, the other reviews are right. I was due to stay for two weeks to work, I managed 1 day!!!! I left the next morning. Due to the appalling state of this property, I asked the host for a refund minus the one day I stayed, heard nothing until 11/3/24 when he called around 5 times repeatedly which I couldn’t answer at that time, no voicemail left or text. I’ve contacted Vrbo for a refund and sent images. I also contacted my credit card company to get my money back. Oh, all the radiators are loose and come away from the wall, the bedroom one didn’t heat up at all!!! Don’t book this flat
