I hope they improve their service

The bathroom curtains fell down, the jacuzzi couldn't be used, the dishes were rusty.

Customer didn’t read instructions on how to use the jacuzzi. They were written in front and I sent them via message. The curtains were broken by customer and I had to replace them…
