About this property

A cute 1 bedroom loft with a Walk Score of 96 is excellent for vacations, business travel, conferences, sports events, and exploring lovely St. Louis! Our space is perfectly located between all of the major attractions. You can easily walk to the Arch, Busch Stadium, Americas Center (conference center), Scottrade Center, City Museum, Peabody Opera House, and many more. There's also a grocery store 1 block away, and many restaurants, cafes, and bars that we'd highly recommend.

The Space

The space has been outfitted with designer furniture everywhere. The center piece of the living room is a beautiful grey velvet couch from Article. Relax and watch Netflix on our 60" 4K TV.

For kitchen seating we have a beautiful marble table from Article with 2 Eames chairs. Additionally there are 3 bar stools at the breakfast counter.

The neighborhood

The neighborhood is the perfect mix of being super close to all of the attractions, but still 1-2 blocks away from loud bars at night. It's the most desirable area in downtown to live. The main grocery store is 1/2 block away with the best rated restaurants all right next door. There's also an excellent coffee shop just down the street. The entire area is also incredibly safe!

Getting around

The nearest metro station entrance is just 2 blocks away. Additionally Uber and taxi options are plentiful. If you're bringing a car we recommend using the parking garage above the grocery store.

Straight forward and simple

Nothing fancy but they had a few things like toiletries and a fully stocked keurig bar. Would stay again

Great Bed

We came to St. Louis for a baseball weekend and liked the property. The standout was the very comfortable mattress, pillows and bed linens. We slept great. Nice touches included coffee and shampoos. Check in was easy and the unit was comfortable with a nice kitchen. Walking back to the property at night gave us pause as the property is in a lonely neighborhood but we had no issues. Parking east on the street.

Wonderful Location

My wife and I came in for a family weekend and a trip to Busch Stadium. Property was conveniently located for walking to any part of downtown, and the hosts were incredibly accommodating of our travel schedule and provided plenty of information to make the stay easier (parking locations, restaurant recommendations,etc.) Check-in instructions were very clear and the unit was exactly as advertised and very well maintained. Can’t wait to return.

Great location

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The location was great. It was centrally located to lots of venues. It was safe to walk out at night in the neighborhood. There wasn’t free parking but the apartment was reasonably price to offset the parking fees. Would definitely stay again,
