My friend and I really enjoyed our stay. The location of the house was awesome. It has great food options, parks and other within walking distance of the house. The host was very quick to response when we had a question.
This property reminded us so much of home. We loved the coziness of the place and the location was perfect.
The owner was so available when we needed. Love our stay
There’s nothing special about the apartment itself but it’s a great location that’s close to everything and it’s a safe place to sleep. My family and I enjoyed our stay here and we would be happy to come back.
Very great price for the location in downtown STL. Quick interstate access made it easy to navigate the city. Robert's communication and check in/out process was super excellent and easy.
The place was not bad. You can tell it is definitely older. However it had what you need and centralized enough to get to evefything to do within about 15 to 20 minutes.

Trip to St Louis
The house did not have carbon monoxide or fire alarms, the house had a bad smell of marijuana. Lastly the beds had broken springs in the middle of them.
Booked the property as part of a road trip and had tickets to see Eric Clapton. Could have stayed in the centre of the city but as we were driving oped to stay a little way out. So glad we did. Location is great, a couple of good restaurants for breakfast and dinner nearby and it’s a $10 Uber into the centre. Great little neighbourhood, felt very safe. Property itself had everything we needed not least a coffee machine!!!
Robert responded so quickly to a couple of questions we had, his communication throughout was superb.
The beds, unbelievably uncomfortable!
Cannot fault this property.
Had alittle extra to spend so i had been wanting a hot tub and this said just that so i booked and paid extra ended up with no hot tub no washser or dryer and a bed that caved in and hot water that scorched your akin off just for the owner to give a bad review haha what a joke
The location is fantastic! Just a few minutes drive to The Arch! Food & groceries all within minutes access. There is also a beautiful park about 2 blocks away, which was wonderful since we had out 2 pups. The neighborhood looks to be transitional, with older boarded up properties and newly renovated ones. We felt safe and comfortable. It is loud being right by a highway, BUT it IS the city. Yes, the place is older, which I saw some reviewers complained about, but it clean and has updates. We were able to park right in front. WARNING if you bring pets, please be careful since the door opens right to the sidewalk and street. We had an issue with the lock, but Robert was awesome and came over to fix it right away! Definitely recommended.

An Absolute Dump! Worst place I have ever stayed!
We could see day light through the walls the door due to the crumbling foundation. The windowsill above the sink was full of dirt, rodent droppings, and parts of the crumbling building. The bathroom floor was popped up, the shower had a trickle of water, the cabinet was water damaged, it leaked water from the bottom, and there was a wet role of toilet paper in it. The building needs to be torn down.
Disgusting! Don't Stay Here
