Discover the charm of this historic 120+ year-old condo, offering over 900 sq ft of comfortable living space with two bedrooms and one bathroom. Street parking is available, with optional garage access for longer stays. Includes a refrigerator, HVAC, dishwasher, stove, microwave, high-speed WiFi, and Smart TV.

Welcome to your cozy second-floor retreat! As soon as you step inside, you’ll head up a short flight of stairs to access the full condo, including spacious living areas, comfy bedrooms, and sparkling bathrooms. We’ve thought of everything to make your stay extra comfortable, including plenty of pillows, blankets, and towels. The kitchen is stocked with an Instapot for quick meals and a Keurig complete with coffee, tea, and cider—because mornings are better with options!

Now, let’s talk about the quirks of a second-floor condo. Yes, heat does rise—but so does your comfort level! On rare record-hot days, feel free to crank up the A/C (it’s powered by a brand-new HVAC system installed in June 2023) and turn on the fan we’ve provided. Rest assured, you’ll stay cool and comfortable no matter the weather.

To make settling in a breeze, you’ll find a printed guide waiting for you upon arrival. It’s packed with helpful info, like where to find remotes, extra blankets, and cleaning supplies—so no scavenger hunts required.

Cleanliness is a top priority here. The condo is professionally cleaned and disinfected after every stay, following industry standard's five-step enhanced cleaning process. What does that mean for you?

This was our second stay at this property, and I recommend it highly. The condo is clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay. The location is terrific. We were within 15 minutes of everything we wanted to visit, including Forest Park and museums, the Arch, Missouri Botanical Garden, and more. There are lots of restaurants just a five minute drive away if you don't feel like cooking. However, the kitchen was well-equipped to prepare simple meals.Host Danny is excellent about responding to questions promptly. This property is an excellent value. The only caveat is that it might not be a good fit for those with mobility issues, since you’ll need to climb a steep set of stairs to access this second story unit.

It's a beautiful old apartment, beautifully decorated, and very clean. The size of the landing at the top of the stairs/to go into the living room is a little scary, so I probably wouldn't bring a small child. Other than that, my husband and I agreed that we wouldn't mind staying there again some time!

I had to evaluate the National Park but we didn't go to it. We did attend events at Enterprise Center and this was a great location for that. The condo was clean and the furniture was comfortable. The stairs are steep! It was fine for us but if you have mobility issues then be aware. The one issue we had is one we should have predicted since we own an older home. We had three people in our group and everyone was trying to work remotely one day. There aren't a lot of outlets in the living room and bedrooms. The kitchen does have more. The towels were so fluffy! I loved that. And there is a little free library down the street which came in handy.

Amazing place

Danny is an amazing host. She’s very prompt with messages and answers all your questions you may have. It’s a nice place, super clean, and smells amazing. I also liked that it’s a quiet neighborhood. Check-in and check out are super simple processes as well. Nice sized garage as well for people staying for longer visits. I will definitely be booking again. I honestly didn’t have one negative thing to say about the place because it was perfect for just myself or if I bring my husband and kids next year.

This was such a cute place to stay! The kitchen was gorgeous, everything was super clean, the bedrooms and living room were also very cute! We plan to try to stay here again if available for all our future trips to St.Louis. Everything we wanted was within a 10 minute drive. I highly recommend staying here!

My college are daughter and I visited St. Louis for a ladies' getaway. This property was the perfect choice for our stay. Everything we wanted to see was within a 15 minute drive. The condo was clean and comfortable. We found everything we needed to prepare simple meals, including an array of spices, nonstick spray, food wraps, etc...Danny was a terrific host, providing many small, thoughtful touches throughout the property. Communication was great. She responded quickly to all our questions.Be aware that this is an older property, with all the charm and quirks one would expect. The stairs leading up to the condo are steep and may not be ideal for someone with mobility issues.

The location is convenient to everything. The stairs are so much steeper than we expected. The sheets were washed in a strong scented detergent and not friendly asthmatics. There is not a washer/dryer available unless you stay 7 nights. We stayed 5. We enjoyed the complimentary water. There is a garage that is not an option unless you stay 7 nights. Due to parking, maybe offer the garage at an additional price. We would have paid for that convenience.We liked the condo, We loved the convenient location. The value is great too.

A beautiful apartment, full of character, and so well located to explore everything St Louis has to offer. It's spacious and comfortable, parking is easy. As others have noted, the stairs immediately beyond the front door to access the apartment are steep, not a problem for us but something for folks with perhaps more limited mobility to bear in mind. I'd offer the following comments not as criticisms but as observations that would have improved things a little: the apartment has no laundry facilities, so we found a lovely and friendly little laundromat a short distance away called WashStudio... we found it easy enough but it might be nice just to include its details (and/or other laundromats) in the welcome folder. Secondly, the bathroom could definitely use a towel rail! Thirdly, the cutlery and plates and cups and glasses in the kitchen were definitely on the ramshackle side, an irregular mix of paper, plastic, non-matching china and odd sized or single drinking glasses. We didn't lack for anything, but would have been nice to have had one meal all eating off the same sized plates! None of that distracted from a terrific and enjoyable stay. We'd come back in a heartbeat!

Why they chose this property

One of the best parts about living in Saint Louis is that you can get to everything. Whether you're looking for a place to relax, or a place to party, it's all right there in the city. No matter what you're looking for, this condo is perfectly place. It's close to Lafayette Square, Benton Park, Soulard, and Fox Park, and Ballpark Village, so you can walk or bike anywhere in the city...just steps from some of the best restaurants and cocktail bars in the area. It's also close to Forest Park the second largest urban park in the country!

What makes this property unique

The condo is on the second floor. When you enter the condo, you will immediately go up stairs accessing the full condo. All living space, bedrooms, bathrooms, are included. There are plenty of extra pillows, blankets and towels for guests. The condo also has an Instapot and Keurig with fully stocked coffee, tea and cider.

With a second floor condo …heat rises! The living room may be a little warm on the record hot days, but feel free to crank the A/c up and if necessary, use a fan (provided). The HVAC system is brand new (installed June 2023), so it can handle it!

Upon arriving, there will be a full guide to the entire condo printed out to orient guest to where everything is in the rooms (i.e., remotes, extra blankets, cleaning supplies, etc.)

I follow a five-step enhanced cleaning process, which was developed in partnership with experts.

Here are a few highlights:
- I sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob
- I use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and I wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination
- I refer to cleaning checklists to thoroughly clean each room
- I provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay
- I comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines
