Very convenient to the Shaw neighborhood and Botanical Garden. Ample street parking. Almost all new appliances and fixtures. Great communications and flexibility on scheduling. Need to shop for all food related items. Would stay here again.

Clean. Living room is charming. Master is great. Enjoyed the historic charm & neighborhood. Friendly neighbors. Dining room is spacious. Bathroom is tight. The twin bed room when extension is out is a little tight.

A nice, clean property in a safe neighborhood. We walked the neighborhood some and it gave a good impression. The house itself was clean and comfortable. Appliances and features were recently updated. We were able to cook some favorite meals with relative ease--the pans and utensils were newer and worked well for us. We had a few friends visit us and we enjoyed a quiet dinner and time sitting out on the front stoop--it felt old school and very comfortable. This was a great place to stay in St. Louis!
