Great location for our activities. Bedrooms were nice and beds comfortable. Big kitchen could use a few more items for cooking. 1 and 1/2 bathrooms was nice. We would stay again.
Great location to so many great attractions. Neighborhood is in the city but relatively quiet. Plan to book this home again if it is available the next time we are in St. Louis.
This is a great property in a very convenient place for city exploring. There is easy access to highways 64(40) and 44. The property itself is an older home that could use some attention. There are several steep steps to enter from the driveway area and to access the second floor. I would say that this property is not suitable, at this time, for families with young children due to the dangerous condition of the deck and the broken railing on the small front porch. The yard is great to allow pups to get out for a small stretch but the fence gate does not secure completely and there is a sweet neighbor cat that likes to hang out just beyond the fence or on the window ledge to the house itself, fyi. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and very much appreciated the comfortable beds and the indoor spaces themselves. Jack was very good with communication and responded quickly to any needs that we had even when we arrived way past check in time. The house is an easy 5 min walk to a Sav a lot and Family Dollar for kitchen needs. All of our interactions with store staff or neighbors were friendly and warm. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with just a few areas that need a little attention.
Had a great time with plenty of space. The location was great! And communication with the host was detailed but hands off! Very simple! For sure recommend
Quiet area, clean house, comfortable beds, thing we liked the least is we didn’t realize there were so many stairs, but that was our fault. Really close to everything in St Louis area.
When we got to the house it needed a good cleaning. It looked like only the high spots were hit. Spoke with Jack & he jumped into action quickly offering anything he could to make our stay comfortable & right. Has a fenced in yard for your pets.

Photos were misleading, the furniture didn’t match what it showed in pictures, things were broken or unsafe, needs severe maintenance in areas and some things weren’t disclosed that would have prevented us from staying with young children. The host was professional and communicated on a normal consistency. Was a ok stay but def need maintenance
The house worked perfectly for our family of 5. The tall ceilings and large windows and skylights filling the space with natural light made it a very nice place to be. We enjoyed the games and the comfortable living room was great for movie night. Beds were very comfortable! We arrived just hours after the tornadoes struck downtown St Louis, and our host was super attentive and communicative as we waited for the city to restore power. We really appreciated his attentiveness and would definitely rent from him again! The house was just 8 minutes from the Arch and minutes from other downtown attractions like Soulard, Forest Park, the baseball stadium, etc.
