The Red Barn at Goadby Marwood is Grade 2 listed luxury barn conversion with a relaxed and unique feel. Downstairs ceilings are high, and doorways are wide with a very well equipped open plan social kitchen and comfortable and stylish living space. The inside and outside dining tables both seat 10, and the Red Barn works very well for 3 generational get togethers, couples and families. It is a tranquil special place with a woodburning stove (logs provided) and wood-fired hot tub. Beautiful country walks from the front door and very comprehensive digital guidebook with detailed info on where to eat, activities and things to see. The Red Barn is located in the grounds of our home.

Downstairs there is an accessible king size bedroom with a shower room next door. Upstairs there are 2 king size bedrooms, both with ensuite shower rooms, and a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower over. Over this room is a mezzanine with ladder access suitable for children over the age of 8 with two single beds. All the bedrooms are spacious and fairly equally sized so no one gets the short straw!

There are games and DVDs, 2 Smart TVs and an upstairs lounge with a wi-fi booster and desk if you need to catch up with the office.
