Bright and cosy three-rooms apartment on the third floor in the heart of the city centre and well connected to main tourist attractions. The kitchen is complete with dishes and appliances: induction hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, and kettle.
The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 2 single bed. The apartment is for non-smokers only and is provided with television, wifi, toiletries, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, and crib. The house is at your complete disposal and we've put care in every detail in order to welcome you in a clean and comfortable space, whether you're staying for business or just passing by to visit the city. You're welcome, take care of it!

Perfect location, comfortable flat with character

We loved the great location, including being situated over a fresh pasta shop. The apartment was well equipped (could even cook the pasta from downstairs) and the beds comfortable. We loved the view from the windows and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for a family

This place was absolutely perfect for our family of 4! The location was amazing, the home was very clean, and had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. Truth be told, we did not want to leave. We even had the opportunity to buy pasta from the shop below and cook a family dinner in. We had no problem navigating the flights of stairs to the apartment, but be aware, they exist. But this place was a 10/10 for my family of 4

Super location

Nice apartment super well located in the center of come nearby shops, cathedral, lake… everything possible by walking. 1h from Milan by train. At 3rd floor of the building. Apartment clean and well equipped. Bedroom in mezzanine (stairs a little bit steep). Immediate answers from holder. We spent a super great week! I do recommend

Great city bolthole

Well equipped property. The rentalcomo agency were very helpful, giving access to an app based guidebook with all relevant info. Property manager was contactable via WhatsApp. The rental is really close to the lake and right in the city centre but quiet to sleep. Brits - theres a kettle as well as a coffee machine! Its a duplex apartment with internal stairs. A bit risky for the kids but fine for grown ups. There were a couple of repairs that needed doing when we arrived but we notified the property manager and they sorted it for us. Como ix beautiful, great flat, would recommend
