Design-Led Luxurious Townhouse Prime Location W/ Parking
This stunning 3 bedroom townhouse is located within one of Readings prime locations, only a couple of minutes drive from the M4 and a short 8-9 minute drive from the vibrant Reading town centre where you will find a multitude of bars, restaurants, leisure facilities and shops. We are situated just a short 5 minute walk from the new Green Park Village train station, with super fast links to Reading and Basingstoke, this is such a bonus!! We provide parking for 2 cars situated right outside the front door. We Can accommodate up to 9 guests. Bedroom 1: 1 King size bed, Bedroom 2: 1 super king ( this can be split in to singles) 1 Small double, Bedroom 3: Double bed, Lounge: Sofa bed. 2 Bathrooms , 1 downstairs toilet.

" NEW UP TO DATE PHOTOS COMING SOON" This spacious large 3 bedroom house in Reading is perfect for families, contractors and groups of friends or collogues. This lavish house means you never have to sacrifice style or abundance. The incedibly designed kitchen diner area is a great space to entertain and effortlessly can cater for a large familys. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all utensils, dishwasher, washer dryer and a coffee machine. Stepping outside via the french doors we have a great outdoor space with very comfotable seating, perfect for socialising and alfresco dining. Moving upstairs to the first floor we have the lounge which hosts a large 3 meter sofa bed, a 65" TV and a balcony via French doors, where you can sit to enjoy your morning cuppa!. The master bedroom features a luxurious king-size four poster bed with adjoining ensuite bathroom and ample wardrobe space. The bedroom also benefits from lots of natural light and features a Juliet balcony. Bedroom no2 & 3 are on the 2nd floor. Bedroom No2 has been designed with flexibility in mind, we have 1x super-king bed that can be separated in to 2 single beds and a small double bed. for storage we have 2 x side tables, a clothes rail and small wardrobe along with a dressing table. Bedroom 3 is stunning, The Double bed is super comfortable and has built in storage. The bedroom also hosts a single wardrobe and a dressing table. In between the bedrooms on the 2nd floor is a beautiful 4 piece bathroom, providing a shower, bath, toilet and basin.
