This property dates from 1890 and has been fully refurbished in 2022 to provide a modern kitchen and bathroom with open plan living/dining area.
The kitchen is equipped with all appliances including dishwasher and fridge-freezer.
There are three bedrooms over two floors.
Outside you have a covered seating area for outdoor dining, and a spacious private garden.
There is a secure lockable shed suitable for bikes or motorbikes.
There is no televsion but there is good wi-fi
There is free on street parking and seccure private parking at the back of the house.
What makes this property unique
We are happy to welcome your furry family members and have dog friendly hard floors everywhere in the house except for stairs and landing. Please let us know in advance who you are bringing ( cute pictures are a bonus! ) The back yard is entirely secure for dogs and there is plenty of space in the garden -though this is not completely fenced it is safe and pet friendly.
