Firstly, this house is cleaned to an A+ standard, my guests tell me this is one of the cleanest places they have stayed.

The property has three bedrooms with a Kingsize, Double & Single bed with memory foam mattresses & pillows for a comfortable nights rest.

Cosy living area with seating where you can relax together & watch netflix/youtube on tv.

Large full kitchen & dining area where you can eat/drink together (tea, coffee & sugar provided) & essentials for preparing meals, cooking & cleaning. fridge freezer, hobs/oven, toaster, kettle & microwave/grill included.

Bathroom where you can relax in the bath or under the rainfall shower head, with spare towels should you need them.

Private south-facing outdoor space with a covered seating area - perfect for sitting out in the sun with a drink listening to Chester cathedral’s bells, or to keep you dry during any rain.

Born & raised in Chester, come & stay in my recently renovated century-old house located less than five minutes walk from Chester train station & enjoy a comfortable nights sleep in the memory foam beds. High speed fibre broadband is provided should you need to work during your stay or relax in the covered outdoor seating area in the south-facing private courtyard & listen to the Cathedral bells.
