Schöne Umgebung - aber direkt an Durchgangsstraße

Sehr gut ausgestattete und top saubere Ferienwohnung. Für unseren Aufenthalt lagen viele gute Informationen in einem Hefter bereit, und auch die ausgesprochen freundliche und aufmerksame Vermieterin Mme Cointereau gab uns wertvolle Tipps. Sie hatte zur Begrüßung auch ein paar liebevolle Aufmerksamkeiten bereit gestellt, das war sehr nett. Die sehr hohe Bewertung für die Wohnung ist aber irreführend, da sie Erwartungen hervorruft, die die sie, im Vergleich zu anderen Ferienwohnungen nicht erfüllen kann. So ist z.B. das Badezimmer sehr klein und die Dusche entsprechend eng. Ausserdem kann es nicht gelüftet werden, so dass Handtücher immer feucht bleiben. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist sehr klein, nichts für Menschen die grösser als 1,80m sind. Vor allem aber ist der Verkehr auf der Durchgangsstrasse sehr laut. Man kann zwar alle Türen und Fenster schliessen, so dass es auch nachts nicht so laut ist, aber tagsüber und auf der Terrasse ist es immer laut. Daher können wir für die Lage keine hohe Bewertung abgeben.

Appartement bien situé, réellement à 5 minutes des pistes de ski en voiture

Appartement confortable et suffisamment grand pour que les enfants puissent s'amuser. Pas de bruit le soir et la nuit. Le chauffage a bien fonctionné malgré les températures descendant sous les -10° voire plus. Les propriétaires sont très gentils, disponibles et soucieux de rendre nos vacances les plus agréables possibles.

Nous étions 4 amis et avons passé un formidable séjour dans cet appartement. Très spacieux et bien agencé, à proximité d'une route toujours dégagée et avec très peu de passage, TRES CALME ! Wifi, télévision, jeux de société.. De quoi s'occuper ! Station de ski dans le village à même pas 5 minutes en voiture. Idéalement situé, à 15min d'Evian et pas très loin de la Suisse ! Excellent séjour passé dans cet appartement durant la première semaine de vacances scolaires février 2016. Idéalement situé, station de ski à proximité, Evian à 15 minutes et pas très loin de la Suisse ! Wifi, jeux de société, télévision.. De quoi s'occuper ! Garage et local ski à disposition. Route toujours dégagée et endroit TRES CALME, très peu de passage. Nous étions 4 amis et avions largement de la place, l'appartement est très spacieux et bien agencé. Les propriétaires sont extrêmement chaleureux, nous avons eu un très bon accueil ! Toujours là pour nous renseigner, vraiment très sympathiques ! A recommander !!!! Séjour d'une semaine en montagne.

Appartement très spacieux, agréable, bien agencé offrant un maximum de confort. Situé au rez de chaussé de plein pied et bien entretenu. il possède un garage à disposition. Les propriétaires sont très chaleureux et accueillant. Il est situé à un km de BERNEX et 12 km d'EVIAN ce qui permettait de varier notre séjour entre les Alpes avec de superbes paysages de montagne offrant ces couleurs changeantes suivant les heures de la journée. le shopping à EVIAN pour agrémenter notre séjour et surtout les promenades en bordure du lac. A noter que l'appartement dispose de la télévision, wifi, et également de jeux de société pour occuper les enfants . Aussi nous conseillons cette location pouvant accueillir 3 à 4 personnes afin de passer un agréable séjour dans ce site magnifique.

Merci de votre accueil chaleureuse dans cette location très spacieuse et propre où le garage était le bienvenu cette l'hiver. Nous vous recommandons vivement cette location si vous cherchez un cadre calme et paisible avec une vue superbe avec la montagne. calme et chaleureux

Appartement spacieux, lumineux avec tout le confort comme chez soi. Tout l 'équipement nécessaire pour un bébé ce qui est un vrai plus (lit chaise baignoire et parc). L 'accueil des propriétaires et très chaleureux et ils sont de bon conseils pour visiter leur région. La vue de l'appartement est superbe avec la montagne. Bien situé il permet de profiter du paysage montagneux et des lacs (entre autre Léman) ainsi que de la suisse.Ideal pour une famille avec des petits enfants et ou des personnes aimants le calme et les balades. Merci pour votre accueil nous reviendrons certainement quand la puce aura grandit
