About this property
MANOR HOUSE BARN, PEASENHALL, pet friendly in Peasenhall
Manor House Barn in Peasenhall, Suffolk sleeps four guests in two bedrooms. 1 x ground-floor super-king-size, 1 x king-size bed. Bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Open-plan living space.
Finished to an impeccably high standard, this outstanding barn conversion, Manor House Barn in Peasenhall in Suffolk offers the perfect holiday venue for families or couples on holiday together. The property really does have the ‘wow’ factor with the open-plan living space simply breath-taking as you walk in. The incredible vaulted ceiling, the floor-to-ceiling windows, the stone flooring and the exposed beams all add up to create a wonderfully inviting layout. The seating area is arranged to make the most of the rural views from the windows and patio doors with the cleverly placed woodburning stove adding an additional focal point to the room. Step into the stylish, contemporary kitchen where you will find all you need to create delicious, hearty food for the whole family and an elegant dining area completes the space. You can imagine pouring a drink of your favourite tipple, pulling up a chair and gathering at the table to hear about those all-important holiday adventures. If the sun is shining then there is a fantastic outside patio area all set up with a patio table and chairs where you can imagine spending time enjoying the clement Suffolk weather. The fenced lawns are a great spot for children (and animals!) to run round safely giving the adults the opportunity supervise while enjoying eating and drinking alfresco, or even sparking up the barbecue. The master bedroom on the first-floor mezzanine level really does have to be seen to be believed with those original wood beams and vaulted ceiling a wonderful feature. Step into the stylish contemporary bathroom where you can take your pick from having a relaxing soak in the welcoming freestanding, claw-footed bath or a rejuvenating shower in the walk-in shower. Waking up here is a delight with the peace and quiet of the surrounding countryside seeping into every part of the property and makes it a great base for planning all those exciting holiday activities. Nearby Peasenhall is well worth a visit while you’re in the area or jump in the car and visit other towns such as Framlingham, Sibton and Badingham. RSPC Minsmere is a short drive and places such as Aldeburgh, Southwold and Walberswick are great for trips out with attractions such as Go Ape Thetford, Africa Alive Zoological Reserve, Yoxford Antiques Centre and Gardens and Somerleyton Hall a must-visit too. For a memorable rural retreat pay a visit to Manor House Barn.
