Descrição

Semi-detached villa with two bedrooms located in Clube Golfemar in Carvoeiro.
The villa is fully equipped and furnished, has two bedrooms with bathroom, ensuite with bathtub.
The living room is spacious and equipped with air conditioning and a fireplace. The windows are double glazed and give access to the garden overlooking the golf course. The kitchen has access to the upper terrace with views of the coast and sea.
The property is located in a quiet area with outdoor parking.

The pool of the complex is managed by the local Restaurant, conditions of use and any fees that are charged are not responsibility of the property owners.

For reasons of force majeure, we cannot accept reservation from guests attending to festivals.

For reservations in the winter period (January to March) the electricity consumption is charged extra.

Advise us if you require an extra bed, travel cot or baby high chair so we can leave it in the property for your arrival.

Das Haus war ein Traum, hier hat es an nichts gefehlt. Toll ausgestattete und sehr saubere Zimmer, eine komplette Küche, mit allem, was man benötigt, schöne Terrasse auf dem Dach und vor dem Wohnzimmer...alles in Allem gab es am Objekt selbst nichts auszusetzen.Abstriche musste man leider bei der Umgebung machen. Hier kamen die Mitarbeiter von "Garden Staff" einfach auf das Grundstück, während wir auf der Terrasse lagen. Von den 14 Tagen, die wir dort verbrachten hatten wir eine Woche lang eine Baustelle direkt vor der Terrasse, mit LKW, Bagger und allem, was so dazugehört. Und die Nachbarn waren bis spät in die Nacht dermaßen laut, dass an schlafen nicht zu denken war.Dies nur als zusätzliche Info, falls jemand Ruhe im Urlaub braucht...wird er/sie diese hier nicht finden.

Alojamiento en ubicación perfecta para visitar el Algarve

La casa es tal como se describe: habitaciones amplias con aire acondicionado, cocina equipada y, en general, en buen estado. La zona parece tranquila, pero el jardín de la casa da a una calle por donde pasan muchos coches y, justo enfrente, están los contenedores donde la gente va a tirar la basura.Por la noche se duerme tranquilo y, con el aire acondicionado, no hay problema con el calor. La piscina está muy cerca de la casa.Echamos en falta que dejaran más bolsas de basura, servilletas, jabón de baño, jabón para la lavadora y lavavajillas, ya que al final tuvimos que comprarlo nosotros.Por lo demás, todo correcto.

Schöne Tage an der Algarve

Sauberes, gepflegtes Reihenhaus im Bereich des Clube Golfemar. Gute Ausstattung, schnelles Internet. Kein TV Empfang obwohl Fernsehen verfügbar. Gute Betreuung durch Verwalter Genesiskey.
