About this property

Holiday house for 6 people in Salobreña, in the province of Granada, Andalusia.

The house has three double bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom, one of them with a bathtub and the other two with a shower, a living room with large windows and a modern kitchen with a breakfast bar.

From the living room you can access the porch with a barbecue area that connects to the heated pool, from where you can enjoy wonderful views of the sea.

The pool is heated by means of a heat pump that allows the temperature to be raised to 27ºC, always depending on the ambient temperature.

To the left of the house there is a small tropical garden and a terrace from where you can enjoy views of the Mediterranean.

About 500 meters from the house there is a paddle tennis court and a petanque court to which tenants can have access. These courts are shared so you have to sign up in advance on a list to be able to use them.

Solabrena break

Wonderful location with views to match, totally private pool and deck facing south. Jacuzzi available but looking the worse for wear and not appealing to us. Villa is well appointed and furnished throughout, but lacks general maintenance and care, pool surround tiles need a deep clean and some refixing - quite grubby actually! We stayed for two weeks and were disappointed by lack of weekly linen change and few towels, this property costs top money so should provide top service! Managing agents were responsive as hoped for our few other issues. We would stay here again

Das Haus ist toll geschnitten und hat eine super Lage und Aussicht. Um so mehr ist es schade, dass das Haus sehr abgewirtschaftet ist. Es wären einige Renovierungen notwendig. Die Abflüsse laufen schlecht ab. Der Geschirrspüler reinigt kaum usw. Jedenfalls entspricht der bauliche und technische Zustand des Hauses nicht den Erwartungen, die man durch die Bilder und den Namen „Villa Nueva“ hat. Auch die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Wenn nach gerade beendigter Reinigung beim ersten Betreten des Hauses wirklich Bild im Haus schief hängt, sagt das schon viel über das Engagement der Reinigungskräfte. Von den schmutzigen Fußleisten und der staubigen Terrasse gan zu schweigen. Der Geschirrspüler war so verdreckt, dass er zunächst gar nicht gereinigt hat. Nach eine umfänglichen Reinigung und Auffüllen von Salz und Klarspüler durch uns, wurde die Reinigungsleistung etwas besser. Den extra Preis für den Jacuzzi sollte man sich sparen. Leider funktioniert er nicht richtig (Sicherung fliegt ständig raus und man hat keinen Zugang zu den Sicherungen) und es gibt weder eine Einweisung noch eine Beschreibung. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit der Eigentümer und der Betruer vor Ort. Nach Absprache war sogar ein Bezug schon gegen Mittag möglich.
