The cottage includes central heating, along with a fully fitted kitchen featuring an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and tumble dryer. Entertainment and connectivity are covered with a TV, a selection of books, and WiFi (please note that broadband speed can be low). Fuel, power, and a starter pack for the woodburning stove are included in the rent, as are bed linen and towels.

Outside, the property offers ample off‑road parking and a large garden with lawn and outdoor furniture. Two well‑behaved dogs are welcome. The nearest shop is 1.4 miles away and the local pub is 1.8 miles away.
