This beautiful repurposed Stone Cider Press built in 1901, sits on the rolling hills of San Pedro de Ambas in the heart of apple cider county in Asturias. Great care has been taken to keep its original traditional architecture. Step into a bit of history, with all the comforts of home in Asturian paradise.
This house has 6 bedrooms (4 doubles and 2 quadruples) with its bathroom, plus an extra toilet, and hot shower on the patio. There's a huge living room with its own antique table football machine, a dining room that can sit up to 30, and a fully equipped kitchen, including a washer, dryer, and dishwasher. La Llosuca also has free parking as well as a gorgeous patio and garden equipped with outdoor tables and seating, a covered barbecue area as well as magnificent views of the mountains, valleys, and ocean.
Located on the old road to Oviedo, it provides easy access to area attractions and is just 15 minutes from one of the best beaches in Asturias (Rodiles) as well as the Peaks of Europe National park.

Excelente casa rural para familias. El tamaño de la cocina y el comedor es justo lo que necesitabamos para la reunión familiar de 15 personas. La anfitriona encantadora y muy pendiente de que todo estuviera bien. Muy recomendable!!!

Nous avons été trés bien accueilli par Merly la proprietaire.Nous avions réservé le logement pour 16 personnes afin de participer à un évènement à Gijon qui se trouve à 30 km.L'annonce correspondait très bien au logement.Tout était parfait le logement à un très grand charme et on s'immerge très facilement.Les parking à l'avant et l'arrière sont très pratique pour stationner voiture et remorquesLes accès dans le logement sont très simple la literie est confortable et tout le matériel est nécessaire dans le logement.Le logement est à proximité de Villaviciosa et qui a très beau charme avec toutes les commodités bar, restaurant, supermarché, boulangerie..Si je devais mettre un point à améliorer c'est le système de chauffage de la douche car il faut parfois attendre 10 minutes avant d'avoir une eau bien chaude.C'est pour cela que je met 4 étoiles au généralSi cous devez cous y rendre, je vous conseille à 100%
