Apraos Beachfront Studio

Apraos Beachfront Studio is the most unique and charming property of Corfu. Once a fishermen's refuge right on the sandy beach of Apraos/Kalamaki, this stone-built house has now been carefully renovated into a spectacular holiday home sleeping up to 2 guests. It retains its Rustic charm and provides direct access to the sea, offering the holiday experience of a lifetime. The beach of Apraos, on your doorstep, is the only sandy beach of the sought after north-east coast of Corfu and is a truly idyllic setting. Apraos offers a cluster of excellent restaurants and the lively Kassiopi is just 5 min drive away.



This detached cottage is open plan and offers a double bed (which can be made into twins), a compact kitchenette, a sea-facing dining area and a tiny yet functional bathroom with shower. Smart TV, wi-fi internet connection and air-conditioning are available for the guests free of charge. The views from the house are spectacular, and the gentle sound of the waves make for an unbelievably restful night.



Outside, private terraces and direct access to the sandy beach of Apraos are an incredible bonus. Guests can dine right on the water's edge, use the barbecue to prepare a delicious meal, or relax on the comfortable sunbeds whilst watching the boats passing by: Apraos Beachfront Studio will not disappoint! Parking space is also available for those guests traveling by car.



FOR LARGER PARTIES: Apraos Studio can be rented together with the nearby Apraos House, which sleeps up to 6 guests. Contact us for details.



NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the rental price quoted includes air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, maid service twice a week, change of linen and hand/bath towels twice a week. A refundable security deposit for damages (euros 300) is required on arrival and refunded at the end of the stay.



GREEK STAY TAX (climate resilience tax): euro 2 per villa per night not included in the rental rate and payable locally.

This little house is Just perfect! We stayed for a week and loved every moment. The house was very clean and has everything you need, and there is nothing better than going to sleep and waking up to the sound of the sea lapping around you. You do need a car, as there are no tavernas or shops around (other than a little beach bar at the other end of the beach). We went out for lunch most days, exploring the north of the Island, and then came back to the house for a simple bbq, pasta or salad for dinner whilst watching the sun set. Although the sun sets behind the coastline, the colours in the sky are amazing, and the views over to the Albanian mountains make it all the more magical. The beach is a little more 'rugged' than some of the more picturesque beaches in Corfu, but that meant that it was very quiet compared to the very full and noisy beaches that we visited. It almost felt like a private beach! Although we were there out of season at the beginning of May. The sea is crystal clear and so warm. It's shallow so easy to paddle in, but you can swim if you walk out a little further. Communication with the host was excellent. We didn't want to come home!

Just home from a week spent in this absolutely beautiful beachfront studio. It exceeded our expectations, it was homely, very clean and our welcome basket was very thoughtful. Mrs Asimina is an absolute credit to you very friendly and very helpful.The studio was spotless. The views are spectacular and listening to the sea at night was so relaxing. Missing it all already. Thank you for a wonderful holiday and for the memories. We will return.

Wonderful secluded spot

Charming studio on the water. It is exactly as depicted in the photos. Perfect for 2 people. This is how you experience the real Greece away from tourist hotels. There was excellent communication with the management company especially Mrs. Asimina who gave us great information on special places to see and restaurants to eat. The studio was stocked with fruit, water, wine, jam, sugar, coffee and bread. I can’t recommend this heavenly place enough!

Beim Check in haben wir ein paar Tips für Ausflüge bekommen, die Dame war super freundlich und wir konnten uns jederzeit bei ihr melden falls wir etwas bräuchten. Allem in allem kommen wir gerne wieder und können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiter empfehlen!

Le logement correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes, le véritable luxe étant de se réveiller avec une vue sur une plage fréquentée uniquement par les oiseaux marins et de rares personnes dans la journée . Le cadre est tout simplement magnifique !. On ne se lasse pas de regarder la mer et de profiter d’un calme exceptionnel en Septembre, ce qui est loin d’être le cas ailleurs compte tenu des nombreux touristes. Un très, très beau souvenir !!!
