Luxurious semi-detached 5-person holiday home by the water.

Our vacation park is located in a unique green location, close to the larger cities of the Netherlands and the beach. Here, you can experience the tranquillity of the surrounding meadows but with entertainment nearby. Amsterdam is just 20 minutes away (by car) from our park. In spring, it is easy to drive to both the bulb fields and the Keukenhof. Here, you can enjoy a luxurious, active and relaxing holiday. Our park is small-scale and consists of 5 luxury five-person semi-detached holiday homes and 7 detached water villas. All houses feature a terrace by the water (south side). The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, induction hob, oven, spacious fridge and all kitchen accessories. The ground floor features underfloor heating, a separate toilet and a spacious walk-in shower. There are 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor. The large bedroom features a double Kingsize box-spring bed. The other bedroom has 3 sleeping places, one of which is a single box-spring bed and the other a bunk bed. 

Kwekerij No. 8 and 9, as well as Kwekerij No. 10 and 11 have a connecting door. The connecting doors can be opened with a key. This way, you can have a holiday home that will be suitable for up to 10 people.

When the weather is nice, you can enjoy the outdoors on your own terrace by the water. If you feel like fishing, you can just throw out a fishing rod (don't forget your fishing license). Swimming in open nature is also an option. You can get to know the area by bike, but you can, of course, also take a boat out on the water. The quiet polder waters of Roelofarendsveen are also ideally suited to explore by canoe or sup board.

You can also enjoy beautiful boat trips from our park. From your garden, you can enjoy fishing and swimming in open nature. If you don't have a boat yourself, you can rent an electric boat. We are happy to help you with that. Boat maps of the area can be purchased at the reception. In the summer months you can make use of our bread service. You can pick these up starting from 8.30 AM; a wonderful way to start a new day of your holiday.

Such a peaceful, quiet location, nice and close to the North Sea (the ocean had beautiful waves with lovely white sand). I also really enjoyed the wildflowers along the walkway and terraces. It was great to have free access to kayaks and a large games room.

We are here for the second time, because we love it so much (we see us coming again). The nice owners make the place very pleasant and welcoming. Our children just kicked off their shoes when we arrived and jumped on to the SUPs. It is really idyllic here with the water, the cows and all kinds of birds directly in front of the terrace. Their dog Mick is adorable. It's very clean and cosy in the apartment and there is everything we could possibly need. The location is great for day trips to different cities or to the sea.

The village gives you lots of possibilities, sucĄ as walking routes, biking tracks,etc. It also has the advantage of being near The Hague, Rotterdam, Leiden and Delft, less than half an hour. After staying 3 days in Ámsterdam, this house was perfect with quietness and comfort. We will miss the ducks and Mick the dog. Thank you very much for these holidays!!!

Our vacation was great. We were immediately welcomed in a friendly manner. The apartment was very clean and everything you needed was there. There is a well stocked supermarket 9 minutes drive away. The apartment is right on the water. Small canoes and stand up boats can be used free of charge. Motor boats are also available for a fee. The apartment is highly recommended.

Perfekt gelegenes Ferienhaus direkt am Wasser. Das Ferienhaus war sehr schön, geschmackvoll und zweckmĂ€ĂŸig eingerichtet. Trotz NĂ€he zur Autobahn und Flughafen ist es dort sehr ruhig. Umliegende StĂ€dte (Leiden, Den Haag) und StrĂ€nde sind schnell zu erreichen. Über die Beschreibung hinaus punktete die Unterkunft mit einem tollen und gepflegten "Spielglashaus", welches in den wenigen Regenstunden, die wir dort hatten die Möglichkeit zum Tischtennis, Darts, Vier-Gewinnt u.a. spielen bot. Somit kam nie Langeweile auf. Außerdem konnten wir ein eBoot (ohne BootsfĂŒhrerschein) gegen GebĂŒhr leihen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hat sich umgehend um Anliegen gekĂŒmmert. Ein weiteres Highlight: Ein sehr lieber und verspielter Hund...
