Das Haus war funktional, modern und gut eingerichtet. Alles war vorhanden - leider kein Toaster. Insgesamt allerdings recht oberflächlich in Kleinigkeiten und Sauberkeit! Durch die Bauart nur mittelmäßig isoliert und ziemlich hellhörig. Nette Grundstücks-Bepflanzung. Parken direkt am Haus ist praktisch. Überdachte Terrasse war sehr angenehm. Bebauung im Park ist teils recht eng. Wir hatten leider einige Nachbarn, die wenig umsichtig und rücksichtsvoll waren, was die Lautstärke betrifft, was vlt auch in kulturell bedingt unterschiedlichen Sichtweisen dazu begründet war. Die Anlage selbst war okay. Leider muss der Hausmüll an einem, einzigen zentralen Ort nahe der Rezeption entsorgt werden. Das ist umständlich u weitere Müllstationen fehlen. Daher werden die Mülleimer im Park als Hausmüllentsorgungsstation benutzt - warum werden keine zwei o drei weiteren Müllstationen über den Park verteilt aufgestellt? Wasser u ein Wald fußläufig erreichbar - Fahraddtouren ohne Ende möglich ;-) Reizvolle Kleinstädte in der Umgebung. Fazit: Für uns war das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmig. Wir würden das Haus wieder buchen. Hund war gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis erlaubt.
