The Space:

The flat consists of 2 large bedrooms, one double and one with bunk beds, a living area with open kitchen and dining table inside, a bathroom with all amenities and a large private terrace equipped with every comfort and a fantastic swimming pool with solarium and garden with deckchairs.

- DOUBLE ROOM
Our double room is the room that, more than any other, is equipped with every comfort, ready for you to experience a holiday of rest and tranquillity!

Furnished in a modern, elegant style, it has a large double bed with a comfortable mattress and double memory foam pillows, ideal for relaxing and unwinding.

In order to provide you with maximum comfort, we have equipped the room with a large and very comfortable wardrobe with drawers and a luggage corner.

The room has a private balcony that overlooks the garden
and offers a wonderful pool view!

An LED lighting system with visible spotlights and a central designer chandelier create a unique atmosphere.

A 32" smart TV with swivelling arm for viewing from the bed and a Daikin air conditioner to cool the entire room in just a few minutes are all you need to enjoy your evenings at Wolf House

Equipped with a fantastic bunk bed, with a ladder and protection for the side and top bunk, and equipped with three comfortable wardrobes, an open chest of drawers and open shelves, where you'll find some toys and a small souvenir to take home with you as a reminder of your holiday in Wolf's house,
the good wolf!

- DEPARTMENT
Between the rooms and the bathroom you will find a washing machine and tumble dryer as well as everything you need for cleaning the house, a drying rack and an ironing board.

- BATHROOM
The bathroom facilities consist of a comfortable, windowed bathroom with a shower cubicle, WC, bidet and washbasin with drawers and an illuminated mirror.

- LIVING AREA
The living area is characterised by minimalist style furnishings that give the room elegance and modernity, illuminated by large French windows overlooking the terrace that allow a glimpse of the greenery.

A very comfortable three-seater Italian handcrafted sofa upholstered in powder grey fabric with an adjustable-angle headboard, combined with a pouf that can be used as a peninsula, are placed in front of a 43" smart TV with internet connection, Netflix, Amazon Prime and Youtube.

Everything you need to enjoy wonderful moments of relaxation after lunch or dinner.

- KITCHEN
Essential, modern, elegant.
Space is exploited to the full with an essential corner composition that runs vertically with wall units arranged to exploit all available space.

In the centre is an elegant dining table with an extendable glass top and matching black faux leather armchairs.

The steel sink and hob are integrated in the black marble-effect top.

Equipped with modern appliances and sophisticated design such as the total no frost fridge with black glass doors and LED lights.

All the colour choices are made in a relationship of continuity between the kitchen and the rest of the living area without detracting from the brightness of the room and the homogeneity of the whole.

- PRIVATE TERRACE
The large private terrace has an area of about 20 square metres and extends along the entire side of the living room.

Facing west, it is overlooked by the entrance hall, the living area and the kitchen, which are therefore particularly well-lit in the later hours of the day.

Equipped with every comfort, it can be shaded on three sides by fabric sun blinds.

Comfortable rattan sofas that can be assembled as desired, and a round metal dining table that seats up to 4 people, are ideal for enjoying unforgettable moments of relaxation accompanied by a wonderful view of the Lugana vineyards.

- POOL:
Our swimming pool is located in the back garden of the residence, which can be conveniently accessed from the main entrance.

It is set in a lovely lawn that is perfectly maintained and surrounded by hedges, where you can place your sun loungers and parasols.

The sunbathing area around the pool is fenced off and equipped with life-saving devices and a sun shower.

The pool has a size of 8 x 4 metres, with a depth ranging from 90 cm to 160 cm.

Wolf House has a convenient free white-striped street parking space directly in front of the flat.
The area is very quiet even during the high season.

The nearest beach, 'Punta Grò Beach', which can also be reached on foot, is only 500 metres away, while the more famous 'Jamaica Beach' is only a 5-minute drive away.

Don't miss a visit to the castle of Sirmione entirely surrounded by the waters of Lake Garda, where you will find numerous shops and restaurants, as well as the famous UNESCO heritage town of Peschiera del Garda (2 km).

In the centre of Lugana (1km) you will be able to comfortably enjoy all services including supermarkets, bars, restaurants, bakeries and much more!

For your children, Wolf House is a real opportunity to visit the famous theme parks of Lake Garda, including Gardaland, Legoland, Gardaland SeaLife Aquarium, Movieland, Canevaworld, Medieval Times, Jungle Adventure Park, Parco Natura Viva, Parco Giardino Sigurtà, Parco acquatico Cavour and Parco acquatico le Ninfee and many others, reachable in just 10 minutes by car.

For the older ones, if you love pampering and wellness, we are 5 minutes away from the famous thermal baths of Sirmione, the Wellness centre "Aquaria". We are also 15 minutes by car from the famous "Terme di Colà" in Lazise and the Valpolicella thermal baths "Aquardens".

For bike lovers Wolf House is only 150 metres from the bike path that follows the shores of Lake Garda, connecting Sirmione and Peschiera, but also the big cities such as Brescia, Verona, Trento and Mantua. Try the cycle path from Peschiera del Garda along the river Mincio to the wonderful city of Mantua!

Services such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies are all within a few minutes' drive or on foot.

Wolf House is located 5 km from the Peschiera del Garda and Sirmione motorway exits. The Desenzano del Garda exit is 10 km away.

Peschiera del Garda Railway Station, which connects to Verona and Brescia in 15 minutes and Venice and Milan in an hour, is just 5 minutes' drive away.

The nearest airport (Verona) is only a 25-minute drive away.

For many years this was also the home of Wolf, our German shepherd who lived with us for 16 years, to whom we have decided to dedicate the name of the flat in his memory.

Wolf's 4-legged friends will therefore always be welcome at our place, as long as we do our utmost to keep the environment tidy and clean and respect the regulations as well as the other inhabitants of the residence where Wolf House is located.

We will be at your complete disposal for any service and information you may require.

Die Wohnung war schön und für die Kids war der Pool schön zum baden. Es war slles vorhanden in der Wohnung. Sehr ruhige gegend und nur 5 Minuten zu See. Es war ein schöner Urlaub, bis der Hagelsturm kam. Trotz allen umständen waren die Nachbarn und Vermieter sehr Hilfsbereit, freundlich und nett. Der Vermieter hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert und viel geholfen..... Bestimmt fahren wir noch einmal dahin.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in angenehmer Lage!
Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und entsprach voll und ganz der Beschreibung. Für unsere Familie (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) war genügend Platz vorhanden, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Die Lage haben wir als sehr angenehm empfunden. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen. Trotzdem kommt man überall schnell und problemlos hin (Einkaufen, badetaugliches Seeufer, Ausflüge). Einen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus haben wir immer bekommen. Die Terrasse/Balkon ist ein Highlight der Wohnung und vergrößert den Wohnraum effektiv noch um ein Stück. Durch die gute Beschattungsmöglichkeit lässt es sich auch an heißen Tagen gut draußen verweilen. Sehr praktisch ist der Zugang zur Wohnung über ein elektronisches Schloss (via Smartphone), so dass man auch den check-in und check-out komfortabel eigenständig erledigen kann. Das System hat während unserer Reise ohne Probleme funktioniert. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist der Vermieter. Alberto ist sehr freundlich und absolut hilfsbereit. Wir konnten ihn stets gut erreichen und er war immer bemüht, uns bei allen Anliegen schnell zu helfen und/oder Auskunft zu geben. Zusammenfassend: eine klare Empfehlung!
