I don't recommend staying here. I rented it because it was reasonably priced (comparatively) and available the week of the Taylor Swift concert, it had a lot of beds, and the photos looked ok. But there are a number of drawbacks that aren't explained:
- It's not a good neighborhood. We felt uncomfortable walking until we got a few blocks away. And there was trash everywhere on the local streets.
- The beds are uncomfortable, and one of the king beds had a loud plastic mattress cover for some reason.
- There are a lot of steep stairs. Like dangerously steep. Apparently building codes are not enforced. Anyone with limited mobility will not be able to use them.
- The upstairs bathroom has a loud pump that runs after flushing, using the sink or using the shower.
- The bathroom sinks have no space to put anything out, like toothbrushes. So we had to store and use our toiletries in the kitchen.
- The floor is very squeaky so it's impossible to get up at night without waking everyone.
- While the house is mostly quiet, you can hear the neighbors and street activities at various times.
They made an attempt to make it homey, with pictures, furniture and flowers. But the pictures are comically high on the walls, the furniture is crammed into the rooms, and the flowers a dusty and fake with the price tags still attached.
Positive note: there were plenty of towels and it was fairly clean. But to me, those are bare minimums.
All in all, I would be embarrassed if it were mine.
