Plenty of room for your family in this fully furnish 3 bedroom home with a wonderful back porch that will melt away all your worries. Located in a quite, safe neighborhood. We are former MSU Graduates and purchased this house in 2015 as a weekend getaway and remodeled most of all the inside. We really love the quite neighborhood and cookouts on the pack porch. Our Karen visit.
O the property served its purpose great. We were visiting for my youngest daughter's collage graduation. The weather was a bit cool so after graduation we grilled some steaks. We also bought a few bundles of firewood and sat outside carrying small talk. At around 9pm my son and his wife took my daughter back to her apartment. Thats when we got a visit from our host location's neighbor paid us a visit. She was complaining about the smoke that she felt was going towards her property. She has an 8' wooden fence the wind was blowing completely opposite than her house. I immediately called our host to make him aware of the situation. I also informed him that I planned to call the police if she come by again. (she didn't) We were not loud, we didn't have any music, for that matter everyone was inside the house and no wood was burning. It was obvious that the neighbor was just being nosy. My complaint is the host informed me on the call. He didn't want or need any issues with the neighbor. (I can understand his need to be a good neighbor) But I feel its important that he be a good host and allow me and my family to enjoy the rental property to our needs within the laws and rules provided in the lease agreement. He immediately informed me of his needs and if possible, to not burn any more wood to prevent any further issues. Sir I believe you should have a visit with your neighbor and ask she stop being nosey when n one is bothering her & you can have success with your rental.

Great time!
My brothers and I met for a weekend of golf and Bulldog baseball. This property was perfect for us. The house is comfortable and had everything we needed. The hosts were great! They were very prompt responding to my messages. We will definitely try to book here the next time we plan a Dawg getaway.

Enjoyed our stay for the game!
A group of friends and I came down for the NCSU game. Property was just as advertised online. Everything we needed for the weekend to cook with was available and we really enjoyed the back patio and grill before heading to the game. There weren’t any Uber’s available on game day so we ended up walking to the stadium. It was a pretty good walk today the least but was definitely doable. Would stay here again in the future for sure.

Kris and I are both MSU Graduates. Mike (BBA 1987 and Kris DVM 1989.) We live in Birmingham, Alabama where we own two Animal Hospitals in Vestavia and Mountain Brook. We have been married over 30 years and have raised two wonderful kids. Cody, (MSU 2015) and Madison (LSU 2015). We enjoy coming back to Starkville to be a part of the MSU community whenever we can break away from our business. We hope to retire at some point in Starkville. We love the small town feel and the MSU atmosphere.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this home for our son Cody who at the time was in graduate school. Even though his life plans changed and moved him to Texas, we love coming back to Starkville. Found this house and remodeled it to use as our getaway from our hectic work life. Between the MSU sporting events and the relaxed small town feel, it has become our second home. We love this house and hope you will feel the same.

What makes this property unique

This is just a special place. You feel it when you drive up in the driveway. We leave our stress and worries behind when we pull in the carport. The house has everything you need to forget your worries for a few days. Our favorite spot is the back porch. Whether it is a hot summer day and sitting underneath the ceiling fan cooking out on the grill or watching football games on the big TV sitting on the comfy couch in the den. It is just a special place for our family.
