condom and pubic hair ball in stairwell

Really the only good thing about this place was the location which was excellent. That condom stayed there for 2 days. We were never given the correct address and went to the offices by mistake, thus wandering around cluelessly. Oh I almost forgot that they charged over 26,000 to my credit card "by mistake" They did quickly credit it back. The place was basically a dump with almost zero amenities. The Florence government mandates they leave a certain amount of toiletries, and this place offered the tiniest little bottles of body wash possible. Checking out we met some other unsatisfied renters who were just as disgusted as us. Basically do not stay here.
