Vacation with the sea as your closest neighbor in the heart of the Sankt Anna archipelago. Here you live in a pleasant and well-planned 40 sqm apartment with fantastic proximity to the water - only about 50 meters to the sea and a private pier that is shared with the owner. The apartment is built together with the owner's house with a balcony on both the front and back, one of which is completely purpose-built. From the balcony you can enjoy the sea view, the tranquility and the wonderful archipelago environment. On the plot there is a wood-fired sauna with a small balcony and a view of the sea - perfect for relaxing moments all year round (wood included). A beautiful footpath leads down to the beach where the bathing jetty with spacious sun deck and garden furniture awaits. Indoors you are greeted by a bright living room with a kitchen area, seating area and bunk bed. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and the bathroom is directly adjacent. From the living room you reach the newly renovated sun deck at the back with a lounge area and a partially obscured sea view. Below the house a lawn spreads out that leads further down to the water. At the front there is another sun deck with a dining area - perfect for long breakfasts and barbecues in the evening sun. Just a stone's throw away is a professional tennis court that can be booked and tennis rackets can be borrowed from the homeowner. Near the tennis court there is a swimming area and activity areas to spend the day at. Only 20 km away is Fyrudden with a guest harbor, grocery store, restaurant and summer entertainment. From here, tour boats also depart out into the archipelago, including to Harstena and Häradsskär. For a nice dinner, the Old School restaurant is about 6 km away, where you can enjoy good food, ice cream and play paddle tennis. Take the opportunity to make day trips to: Astrid Lindgren's World, Kolmården Zoo, Valdemarsvik, Söderköping, where the Göta Canal winds through the charming city center with restaurants, cafes and small shops. 20 km away to Fyrudden, where there is a large boat harbor, small grocery store and restaurant, and where they organize musical entertainment at various times during the summer. From Fyrudden, you can also take tour boats out into the archipelago, for example to Harstena and Häradsskär. For a cozy restaurant visit, the Old School is located where you can enjoy good food, eat ice cream and play paddle tennis.
