Ground floor, separate Toilet room
Ground floor bedroom with double bed & en-suite shower.

On the first floor Very large Bedroom (50sqm2)
Kingsize bed, latest Dolby Amos ready 55in tv with access to online apps, etc,
CCTV monitor.
Open-plan en-suite bathroom (complimentary toiletries & bath salts)
(Bath to fit 2 people ideal for couples) wardrobes & dressing table & a large Sofa bed sleeps 2.

The property is Within a mile of Birmingham city centre but just outside the clean air zone.
In a quiet grove with free parking outside and shops (groceries, pharmacy, off-license & takeaway with in few minute's walking distance) all travel amenities in walking distance and a mile away from the spaghetti junction so easy access to the place or anywhere you want to travel to.
Visiting Birmingham or just wanting to get away it’s the ideal place.

Other things to note...
The hot tub spa is available to use at an additional cost of £100 per stay. It is a 60-jets 5-person tub. need to be informed 24hrs before arrival if you intend to use it so we can get it ready.
