QR codes and digital guest folder We clean and prepare the house ourselves to a very high standard and have kitted it out with amenities that we wanted when we were the guests. P.S. Nice property in a good area, plenty to do and see, even going out and about was easy and enough to keep you occupied. Paul & Amanda make your stay very comfortable lots of extras making it home from home. Easy self check in and Paul & Amanda keep in touch with you from the moment you book, turn up and are available should you need anything. The welcome pack of food and drink was very welcome and useful as we arrived very late into the evening. They give you many tips and places to go which is helpful if like us its your first time on Cyprus island. The house was very clean and tidy thank you so much for making our family feel welcome in your home. Would return in the future for sure.

Lovely property in Peyia. The owners have really made an effort for you to enjoy your stay here. Lovely welcome pack and lots of other extras to help you relax. It’s like a home from home. Peyia itself is a beautiful village with lots of lovely places to eat and drink. Your money goes a lot further here and you don’t feel like a tourist being ripped off. Our only criticism this year of Cyprus, which we love dearly is the complex swimming pool situation. It has really disappointed us and in a way spoilt our holiday. If it’s not sorted out I think we would find it very hard to go back. NONE of this was the owners fault. It was out of their control and they did do their best to find us alternatives. But when it’s boiling hot and you are sat in that beautiful garden enjoying your holiday next to a lovely pool, you just want to get in. That’s what sadly spoilt it for us. So come on Cyprus don’t spoil your own tourism! I would totally rate this property over100% if there wasn’t that problem and would book to stay again. We do want to go and stay again and hoping to bring our grandchildren. We love Peyia. Thank you Paul and Amanda for everything, well done at hosting a wonderful property to holiday in.

Fantastic place to stay.
Spent 2 fabulous weeks in this property, everything was as expected, house is in a great location and has the pool right next to it which made it feel like our own personal pool. Paul and Amanda are great, always there if needed but left us alone when not. Cant recommend this place enough, will definitely be coming back.

A little gem!!
Great house in a great location in Peyia although a car would be recommended to anyone with mobility issues. Lovely welcome pack on arrival & the hosts have catered to the needs of both inexperienced & regular visitors to Cyprus.Very clean inside & out and a perfect base for a family holiday.

I was brought up in Ipswich and spent a large part of my life there. I was a semi-pro Speedway rider in the 70s and made it to the end without breaking any bones! I still have grown-up daughters living there, who love to visit dad for a free holiday. Much of my working life was spent driving passenger trains throughout London and East Anglia. I had bought two properties in Cyprus just before retiring, the townhouse was immediately used for holiday lets and run by a management company whilst we were living in the UK. We moved here in January 2020 and have never looked back. The townhouse is now run by my partner and myself, I have the time to run it and look after it and thoroughly enjoy the work.

Why they chose this property

The size will surprise you. The general condition is very good. It gets the sun all day long as the enclosed rear garden faces south.

What makes this property unique

Since covid 19, we started using QR codes for information in addition to hard copy information. It is like home from home, you have everything you need from a large range of kitchen items to games for the kids and well stocked kitchen cupboard with cooking oil, condiments, spices etc.
