Introducing a lovely light and airy Two Bedroomed end of terrace townhouse located on an exclusive complex in lower Peyia. Comprising open planned lounge & dining area, fully fitted kitchen, bathroom and additional guest WC, with allocated on-site guest parking.

A spacious lounge with large L shaped sofa with additional single seater, Excellent WIFI, TV with International channels, AC and additional portable fan, Wine Rack, under stairs storage for beach chairs. The Dining Table accommodates Four guests and is served from the adjoining kitchen which covers all you will need. Oven (Electric) Microwave, Fridge Freezer, Washing Machine, Kettle, Toaster, Crockery, Cutlery, Cooking Utensils, Iron and Ironing board. The ground floor also hosts a guest WC & washroom.

Upstairs, The Main Bedroom features a King Sized Bed, AC and Ceiling Fan, Fitted Wardrobe, Full Length Mirror, Window Shutters, Fly Screens and Black Out Curtains with the benefit of a Balcony with Table, Chairs and a stunning Pool and Garden view. Linen, Towels and Hairdryer provided. UK 3 pin Electrical Sockets - 220volts.

Bedroom Two has Twin Beds (each larger than a standard UK single size bed), AC and Ceiling Fan, Fitted Wardrobe, Wall Mirror, Window Shutters, Fly Screens and Black Out Curtains. Linen and Towels provided. UK 3 pin Electrical Sockets - 220volts.

The bright modern family bathroom is accessed from the main landing with over the Bath Shower and hand rail, (pressurised water system) WC, Wash Basin and vanity storage cabinet.

To the front of the property (south facing) is a large ground floor terrace benefiting from all-day sunshine and views over the mature gardens and out towards the coastline. With Dining Table, comfortable seating, Parasol and a Gas BBQ this is a sublime venue for "Wine O'clock!"

The property (Peyia Village) is an easy 30 minute drive from Paphos International airport and less than 3 minutes drive from the beautiful blue flag beach, shops, bars and array of restaurants in Coral Bay. The location is the perfect base to explore the west coast of Cyprus, with UNESCO Heritage sites, museums, Sea Caves and the Akamas Peninsula National Park. Not to be missed, is a trip to the village of Latchi and their beautiful harbour and restaurants.

Although we recommend guests to hire a car due to the heat in Cyprus, a short walk from Irini Gardens is the quaint Cypriot hillside village of Peyia, where you will find supermarket, shops, bars, local restaurants, banks, chemists and other useful amenities.

Wonderful well maintained townhouse on a lovely complex. Just a short distance to the pool area from the house patio & plenty of sunbeds available for lazy days. Spent 10 lovely days in Phil's accommodation, lovely, clean comfortable stay and would definetley recommend. The pool is lovely and quiet, grounds are beautiful and lovely helpful neighbours (Thanks Tommy) who are at hand to help with anything. Good value townhouse in a pretty setting

The townhouse was clean, comfortably furnished and well equipped. The kitchen is small which made cooking anything more than a snack somewhat challenging, but otherwise we found it big enough for the two of us and the complex looks attractive with plenty of greenery. The owner was friendly and helpful and he had supplied a very nice welcome pack. The only downside was the wi-if which was slow. I don’t know if we were unlucky, but it completely disappeared for most of a day towards the end of our stay.

Amazing!

This was our second trip to Cyprus and we were looking forward to a nice holiday. This was so much more than that and couldn’t have been more perfect. Phil is an amazing host and communication with him was effortless. Nothing was too much trouble to ensure our stay was great. We stayed for nearly 3 weeks and it was just like being at home. Everything you need is available to make a short or extended stay comfortable and relaxing. The addition of an onsite communal pool which wasn’t overcrowded was the icing on the cake! We hired a car and having a dedicated car space next to the property made it easy to explore the many beautiful and interesting areas of Cyprus. We loved it so much we’ve booked again for the same time next year. We highly recommend staying here. You won’t be disappointed!!

**Due to its location within a private residential community it is not suitable for younger adults wishing to holiday in Cyprus.

Irini Gardens is regarded as one of the best conditioned complex's in the area with stunning well kept gardens and large pool. The house has been used predominately by family members and friends who have all enjoyed their holidays in Cyprus. I am pleased to say that many guests return annually to experience the climate, the great restaurants and explore the local attractions.
