I'm Mani - I have been investing in properties for 7 years. I am a full time Engineer and as well as the property portfolio I'm kept busy by my young family. My son has got me into football, we are season ticket holders for Leicester City - that has ups and downs but I'm so glad my son got me involved! I love taking my daughter on walking adventures or to the theatre, even though she's 10 we love to play Lego, she's very creative too.
Why they chose this property
This property is one I'm incredibly proud of - it is a very old Victorian terrace which we have completely removed the internals ... so it's like a new-build property inside the shell of a traditional old house. It is designed to be a student property, but we've got it on a short stay until the Students arrive in September 2023.
What makes this property unique
Some of the wooden features you see are from 100+ year old timber we removed from the property - e.g. we 'upcycled' the joists to create the dining table 😍 You can walk 10 minutes and find yourself in a medieval street looking at castle ruins and beautifully warped Tudor properties ... or you can go to a contemporary bar for a nice lunch - the location is brilliant ... lucky students and lucky short stay guests!
