Spectacular luxury apartment located on the exclusive Calle San Fernando, one of the best areas in Seville. This spacious 258 m² accommodation offers four bedrooms and combines classic architectural elements with a modern and elegant décor.
Upon entering, you are welcomed by a large entrance hall that connects the various rooms. To the right is a fully equipped kitchen with a convenient breakfast bar and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Continuing on, you enter a bright and spacious living room with three balconies offering privileged views of the historic Royal Tobacco Factory, now home to the University of Seville. The living room is furnished with sofas, armchairs, a side table, and a Smart TV, and includes a dining area for eight people, connected to the kitchen through a large modern door.
The first bedroom, located next to the living room, features a 2 x 2 meter double bed, wardrobe, armchair, and a balcony overlooking Calle San Fernando.
The other three bedrooms are located down a hallway accessed from the living room. Along this corridor, there are two full bathrooms with showers, one on the left and one on the right. On the left is a bedroom with two single beds, an en-suite bathroom, TV, and a balcony overlooking the Alcázar. The other two bedrooms have single beds and balconies with Alcázar views. Additionally, the apartment includes a study room perfect for working.

The location is perfect, most sites within 10-15 minute walk. Very quiet, very clean and comfortable. Marco met us promptly and let us in, showed us around and made sure we were comfortable. Unfortunately the AC in the front/living area was not working, but bedrooms were fully airconditioned and the weather was not too hot. Kitchen is nicely appointed, washer and dryer worked fine. Only hiccup was I asked about keeping front windows open at night via the What's App line Marco opened but never heard back. Otherwise, our stay was perfect, 5 stars, we will come back!

The Vrbo listing doesn’t fully capture this property’s charm. It’s ideally located near numerous attractions and activities, with front windows facing the University. The highlight, though, is the back of the apartment—a small balcony connecting three of the four bedrooms, overlooking the Real Alcazar gardens. Morning coffee there was the ideal way to start each day.The apartment is spacious, with ample room for everyone. Having in-unit laundry was a huge plus, letting us pack light.A small market next door was a convenient bonus for grabbing snacks and drinks.
This lovely apartment is in the best street in Seville. It has great views front and back to the University and the park. It has many restaurants close by and a small Spar grocers next door. It is within 10 minutes walk to all the major attractipns.It is was cool even in 35C heat and it was very quiet. A really great place to stay in Seville.

Stunning Location. Absolutely stunning! Within the castle's outer walls, this two-story penthouse offers unobstructed views in three directions giving occupants the most gorgeous view in all of Lisbon. Amenities are great. Service is great. However, be prepared to walk a bit with your luggage since most cars are forbidden in this old section of the city--a minor inconvenience. Recommend highly for parties of two couples or a family of four.

Well appointed apartment in Sevilla, beautifully furnished and spacious. Excellent location in an elegant district. Nice restaurants in the neighborhood; a food market one door away. Renters should be advised that the location is in an area closed to traffic so that occupants need to walk about 250 meters on either end to reach it. Not good if it’s hot or raining. We arrived late in the afternoon (5:00pm) and introduction was rushed. Also the apartment had not been thoroughly inspected prior to our arrival (there were a couple of burnt out light bulbs; apparently the breaker controlling the water heater had tripped so two of the bathrooms had no hot water; two of the shower drains did not empty properly and consequently the bathrooms wouldl get flooded whenever we took a shower; the bed in the master bedroom had a broken leg so that the mattress collapsed on that side as soon as someone sat on the bed). The managing agent was very available and attempted to solve the problems but could not solve the bed issue right away, so we held the bed up with a stack of books during our stay).
Otherwise a very pleasant experience A/C worked very well as well as other fixtures. Altogether we had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.
Note: Placement of the master bedroom rug is risky. We tripped on the edge several times on entering the bedroom. Instructions for garbage disposal need to be more clear.
