Fully furnished and tastefully decorated, this modern apartment is conveniently situated on the river for access to the West End and the tube network, allowing you to make the most of your stay.

The living room features a high vaulted ceiling with Velux windows and a nice and cosy L-shaped sofa setup, perfect for relaxation and watching your favourite shows, a work desk and a floor lamp making it suitable for remote workers.

Italian window boxes complement the architecture and are sometimes stocked with fresh herbs to cook with. The kitchen, brand new like everything else, is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal including a gas stove, an oven, and a microwave-combi. It is a great space for cooking and dining, with a dining area for 4 available. The kitchen table can also be extended if you need extra space.

In addition to the Miele fridge, there is a wine cooler. Boiling water is instantly dispensed from the Quooker tap along with filtered. A new Nestle Vertuo coffee machine can be found in the larder cupboard.

The bedroom is well-designed with a large, super king-size bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort and to ensure a good night’s rest featuring a large bespoke wardrobe to store your belongings. There is a TV here as well.

The bathroom is spacious, bright and well-ventilated. It has all the amenities you’ll need. Designed with the help of CP Hart and Domus Tiles, it features a double-sided mirror cabinet above the basin with an adjustable integrated light for makeup application. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied.

Please note that the apartment is currently for sale. As a result, viewings may be scheduled during your stay if necessary. We will do our best to provide advance notice and minimize any inconvenience. It is required to keep the property in a suitably tidy state.

The property also comes with a washing machine, clothes dryer, and ironing equipment for your convenience.

Note: The sofa bed is 5cm shorter than the normal bed.

Our WiFi connection is a fibre 1GB (download and upload) connection.

Guests will have access to the entire home!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Fulham is an upmarket residential area known for trendy shopping streets like King’s Road and Fulham Road, which have chic boutiques, home-goods stores, and posh delis. Popular brunch cafes and relaxed pubs give the Parsons Green area a village atmosphere. The riverside Fulham Palace is a centuries-old former bishops’ residence featuring architectural styles from Tudor to Georgian amid landscaped gardens.

Fulham Broadway Tube, Parsons Green Tube, Imperial Wharf Rail, Wandsworth Old Town Rail, Clapham Junction Rail, Chelsea Harbour River Taxi are just nearby.

Services like Uber and Addison Lee are available for hire in London.

PLEASE NOTE: Kindly take off your shoes before entering the apartment as the carpets are brand new.

This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 GBP smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
